“It looks nice on the outside but it’s very shabby and old on the inside. Breakfast was only so so with no decent bread or cereal. It so loud nd noisy that you can’t sleep after anyone in the hotel has woken up and started moving around. ”

The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. “A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.”
