Hotell nära Palace Theater

“Rudest staff i have ever encountered.”

“Because it’s the least expensive “hotel” in that section of the I-90 corridor, they seem to attract unsympathetic characters. Some time after 10pm I heard loud voices outside (I was on 2nd floor). Hoping they had just arrived and were unloading, I waited for them to disperse. Then looked outside and saw 3 men drinking and smoking and talking increasingly loudly. I called the desk. They said they’d talk to the men. A few minutes later it got quiet and shortly before 11pm I fell asleep. Shortly...

“Stayed at DoubleTree at the same time they had a big convention. That was a mistake, as it resulted in a very low service level. The hotel increased the price for breakfast during the convention, and I think that is really greedy. The staff explained that they would have so much more to do, so that was the reason for the price increase. I have never heard anything so weird. Dirty pool area. Noisy kids roaming around without parental control.”

“Very run down property. Rooms were ok but not the best.”

“Beds were on the smaller side for two, and the AC was in need of some work, but over all on OK hotel”

“This was a perfect location for our travel needs traveling from Cleveland to Albany for a wedding. Conveniently located and very good accommodations for a reasonable price. After seeing the property and our room, we ended up extending our stay for a second night... before and after the wedding. This broke up our travel perfectly without a long trip to and from Albany. It worked out Great... Thanks!”

“When we arrived in our room, the floors were not vacuumed, and there were flies buzzing around. The first night we spent 30 minutes killing a dozen flies. The next day, after we arrived from a full day away, another ten flies were in the room. We filled holes in bathroom walls vents, and spent 30 more minutes killing flies. The next day, seven flies. The final day eight flies. Total time spent killing flies: two hours, over four nights. When we went to front desk to request directions the...

“I am appalled by this property. I knew we were staying in a lower 2 1/2 star property. But this was unacceptable. The man at the check out desk was so high he could barely figure out our names and kept asking us if ‘we were asking for his name’ we were not. As soon as we opened the door to the room bugs scurried everywhere! The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed spread had 20-30 cigarette burns in it. There were bugs on the tv and I’m assuming in the bed but we never stayed to find...

“The restaurants were top notch and the food was served quickly hot and delicious!”

“staffs are very friendly. Good breakfast (including fresh Avocado), though carpet is dirty/very old. Very close to airport.”

“Nice place with good atmosphere and friendly approach, good restaurant. Well worth a visit”

“Well maintained”

“Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too.”
