“Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet...

“Dirty hotel. No individually controlled AC in rooms. I was provided a fan and told they were upgrading the system next year. Tall gentleman at front desk did not even greet us when we approached for check-in. Poorly run and mismanaged.”

“Nice park-side location. About a 15 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. They have their own parking, so that is convenient. The "king size" beds seemed rather small to us.”

I talked with the front desk clerk and was informed that they were currently renovating, which is understandable. My room was clean. The staff was pleasant. I had a great experience overall.”
