"We had a fantastic stay at Marbella Collection and would happily return. We traveled with our 2.5-year-old son, and this is one of the few hotels where we never felt the need to leave the resort. It is exceptionally well designed for families with young children.
The food was excellent with plenty of variety throughout the day, and high chairs were available everywhere, which made dining very easy with a toddler.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. We also tried the Kids Club for one day and only wished we had discovered it earlier. Although it is an extra paid service, the team was very caring and experienced, and it was absolutely worth it.
We also enjoyed both the Greek and Italian à la carte restaurants.
Check-in could have been smoother due to some lack of communication during a short delay, but the Guest Relations Manager handled everything exceptionally well afterwards. Her professionalism and strong follow-up really stood out.
A couple of practical notes for future guests: the resort has two beach areas. The deck access beach is very convenient, while the other pebble area is more natural and may be uncomfortable to walk on barefoot, so beach shoes are useful. Also, while the sea is clean, there are areas with seaweed, so conditions can vary depending on where you enter the water.
Cocktails could be improved, but overall this was an excellent family holiday. Highly recommended, especially for families with young children"
