âThis property is in a good area. The staff were very friendly. The only difficult thing we encountered was getting in the building and then knowing to go to the third floor.â

âThis is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. Their passion does not go unnoticed and they should be proud of the great business they have created.

âWe highly recommend this hotel due to the location, modernity and overall cleanliness of the premises. We recommend you book a room with a terrace (where we ate our meals). Marco, one of the front desk agents, is a standout professional. Among, other things, Marco helped us get oriented to Napoli, secured us last minute accommodation at the hotel for an extra night stay, and kindly, rapidly, assisted us when our taxi to the train station did not show up. âLovely place for two nights, adored the large balcony overlooking a busy street and stunning views. Very helpful and polite staff. The aircon was good but also clicks loudly through the night so bring ear plugs, and the shower water gets everywhere so put a towel down on the floor. The lift to the property on the 7th floor is small and tedious and costs 20 cents but sometimes it took the money and didnât move but the b&b kindly provide coins once you have arrived.

âLuigi our host was fabulous. He was so helpful. Helped us try and arrange private transport and then arranged a taxi for us late at night to leave in the morning that arrived on time and he negotiated a set price for us also. Couldnât be more thankful. Apartment was beautiful, newly renovated, balcony to sit on and enjoy the sites of Napoli. Walking distance to main attractions and city and port where we arrived from Sorrento. Highly recommend!â
