âLocated in the heart of the historical centre is great but lively. 1 night we heard loads of fireworks going off around the corner for 10 minutes for seemingly no apparent reason. It was also tricky to get to from train station. Metro was closed so we ended up walking. Even in a car, the area is not accessible. The place itself was stylishly furnished and the balcony overlooking the popular tourist street was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. â

âThis place was amazing! One of the best we have stayed in Italy. Modern, clean, amazing location, check in was flexible and service great! They have recommended rations of restaurants and things to do on a map of the city! Couldnât recommend this place more! Everything was excellent and room was big! â

âThe room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout. The AC worked great which seems to be a luxury in Italy (fair to poor AC in Rome and Pisa). My daughter loved the large balcony to...

âThe bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times.
Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages.

"The staff at this hotel is amazing!
Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter.
Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that.
Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

"ACn fungerade knappt och lÀt vÀldigt mycket. Rummet vi sov i var knappt ljudisolerat sÄ det hördes nÀr andra gÀster kom och gick. Dock vÀldigt centralt sÄ lÀget pÄ sÄ sÀtt var bra. Lite svÄrt att hitta hotellet ocksÄ. Det Àr inne i ett hus, man mÄste ringa pÄ en portklocka."
