The breakfast food was delicious the employees made sure the food service areas stayed clean and food was hot. I highly recommend Royal Regency any event. Their reception rooms are absolutely beautiful fit for a queen or princess the service is worth...

Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it.
With this said, I’d still stay here again! ”
“I really liked the ease of parking with the attached garage. The garage also felt safe. There is easy access to floors from the elevator in the garage. The rooms are very nice. The view wasn't that great but nothing is perfect. :) The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will return.

“All the staff I encountered were extremely pleasant and accommodating, which meant a lot considering I was traveling with my elderly parents. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Being in such close proximity to the mall and eateries was also convenient.”
“Very bad when we should check in and our european mastercard didnt work, although we already paid for the whole stay they didnt want to let us check in and not accepted cash so we had to solve it on a late night or sleep outside. Worst treatment ever, and we had 3 kids with us and everyone was very tired of a long flight.

“A great place. Newly renovated. We stayed in room 13. Comfy bed. Very clean and well appointed. Pillow are foam and uncomfortable. Management should put ashtrays outside to keep smokers cigarette butts from littering the sidewalk. ”

"Good place to stay for some period of time. Stayed in 14-bed room, but didn't have any inconveniences. The beds have curtains, so it's comfortable to sleep. Make sure you have sleeping mask and earplugs. Bathrooms are warm and clean. The staff is very friendly. There are also a lot of activities to socialize, if you want. Unfortunately didn't have time to participate. The location is good enough, near the 103rd station "1" trains. The area is also walkable."
