"Overall, our stay at this house was better than we could have imagined. We had a large group of 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is well equipped with just about anything you’d need. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were chairs and beach toys in the garage which was appreciated. Having an elevator was very helpful for my parents and daughter who was in a boot. The beach is very close, a 3 minute walk. Speaking of the beach, it’s gorgeous! Beautiful sand, private so not crowded with incredible views. The only problem we encountered was 2 ceiling fans on the third floor not working when we arrived but after notifying the manager, they quickly got someone out to repair. For the most part, the place is as pictured. Only differences were on the decks. There are no hammocks or swinging bench. Fortunately the furniture that is there is on the decks is nice quality and comfortable. We were sad that our stay was over but hope to return next summer!"

"We were back again for a second year at this amazing resort. For the five (5) pools, five (5) restaurants, two (2) Championship Golf Courses, to being on the Atlantic Ocean Beach just north of Daytona it is the absolute best Resort I have ever been to, bar none!!"

"Clean, quiet, inexpensive, walking distance to near by restaurants. Hidden, great parking even for larger vehicles. "

"Only downside was furniture in unit is dated, and master bedroom ceiling fan speed could not be changed. But the unit was very comfortable and the lakeview is awesome. Plus the beach is super close and nice. There are rocks there so you need to watch out while swimming. But also a reef just offshore which made for great fishing. We caught and released but the variety was cool. Plus we saw a sea turtle several times. It was very neat!;"
