“Condo was clean and very nice, beds were comfortable, both pools and hot tubs clean and very nice, game room and gym great and not crowded, beach is nice, there are rocks, but we could walk down the beach a little bit and there were no rocks, great vacation will stay again”

“This place was amazing. Great family vacation. Very close to the beach and short walk to the pool. Every morning and evening spent on the back deck overlooking the golf course. Great view of the ocean as well. Don’t hesitate to rent this lovely condo. ”

“Loved the oceanfront location and since this is an end unit you get a lot more light and brightness compared to other condos at this location. The condo was clean and well equipped with all appliances. One could need. The only small downside was that there is no beach gear like chairs, boards, etc. But not a huge deal. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at this condo and made some great family memories.”

“This spot was perfect for my husband’s ultramarathon at the River to Sea Preserve. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge with freezer—plenty to get by for several days or a week. The location includes several restaurants and bars in the courtyard (just missing a coffee shop, lol, although there is a boba tea shoppe). I loved how the owner, Roman, provided a step-by-step picture driven guide on how to check in to the location....

“A lovely beachfront condo steps away from the sand. Exceptionally well outfitted with kitchen appliances and laundry first-rate. The heat was infernal, which is typical for late July, but we enjoyed the setting and chance to get together with loved ones. Cinnamon Beach has a ton of rules, some of which are a little ambiguous, but the property is very well kept. I can't think of anything to suggest to make this property better. Believe the pictures and the 5-star reviews. ”

“We had a great stay at this property! Roman communicated effectively prior to our stay and during our stay. I really appreciated the detailed photo instructions for accessing the property and designated parking spot. The space was very clean and exactly as pictured. We loved that there were so many dining options just steps away and my son enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night to listen to the music from the court yard. Thanks for a great stay Roman! “Nicely decorated and equipped unit. Everything was as described. Easy communication with owner. We only slept there as we were with family who live in the area all day. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors in unit nextdoor. For light sleepers a white noise app would help. ”
