Ideal for families, groups of friends, or multi-generational getaways, these two charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath units can each accommodate 4 guests—sleeping up to 6 in total.



Inside Connection: For larger groups, the interior door between the condos can be unlocked, creating a seamless flow between the two spaces while still offering privacy when needed.



Village View Condo (Unit A): Relax in a bright, airy space with a cozy bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The full kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, and all essentials—perfect for casual meals. Step onto the balcony to enjoy the lively sights and sounds of European Village below.



Market View Condo (Unit B): This inviting condo features a soft bedroom, along with a practical kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, and regular fridge. Enjoy the gentle buzz of the village from your balcony or simply unwind inside in comfort.



Both units are just minutes from the beach, where you can feel the soft sand under your feet, hear the waves rolling in, and soak up the warm Florida sun. Explore the charming European Village, with its colorful shops, cafés, and restaurants just below your doorstep.



With Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and on-site parking, The Village Duo offers a versatile, cozy, and vibrant retreat, perfect for creating lasting memories in Palm Coast. This property welcomes up to two housebroken dogs under 30 pounds with a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Approval is required for pets over the weight limit.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Truvi will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.
