Mother Daughter Weekend

This was the perfect weekend getaway. We had so much fun floating in the lazy river. The house had room enough for all 10 of us. The game room was the perfect way to spend our evenings laughing and making memories.

Perfect for our guys golf trip

Seven guys on golf vacation - we wanted seven bedrooms each with its own bathroom - we got that and so much more. Post- golf we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Then it was darts, billiards and skeetball in the game room. The family room was perfect for watching NCAA basketball playoffs on a large screen TV. Well equipped kitchen worked well. We will be back!

Everything one could want

This property includes so many amenities that one is tempted not to bother exploring the area. You can spend the day outdoors in the water in the pool, hot tub, and lazy river, drying off at the adjacent bar. Or you can stay indoors in the game room with its six or seven attractions. This is a place where everyone in the family will find something to do.

Kid Paradise

This three-generation family group enjoyed seeing our children having the time of their life playing in the moving river and sliding down the water slide. The game room was great for our 3 to 7 year-olds and could keep older teens and adults busy for hours as well.The property is large enough to provide space for many people to enjoy a wide range of activities from quieter to more active. This is a property was great for our group of active young water enthusiasts. The location is close enough to downtown to walk to bagel shops, restaurants, shopping and cultural locations although some of us preferred to drive.Overall, the property is somewhat dated and shows a good deal of wear and tear, but has all the amenities that one needs for a good family vacation.

Even Better Than Advertised

The check-in process was extremely easy, and everyone we talked to for this booking was very nice. The house was clean and had all we needed in terms of bedding, utensils, supplies, etc. The property actually looked better in person than in the photos! The pool and it's amenities were the highlight, of course. Everything worked perfectly. Our group had a great time and I will not hesitate to rebook if we are ever back in town. Thank you!

Lazy River Fun

Great property for a family & friends get together. The property is very spacious and the rooms are fantastic. It’s a great layout with plenty of space, and the separate casita rooms make for good privacy even with a large group. The game room is awesome - plenty of games and space for kids and adults. The lazy river pool is awesome and the slide makes for a great time. The host was great and gave plenty of property info and instructions for the house’s amenities. Definitely one of our favorite stays!

Heaven on Earth

Wow! What an amazing property. Its like having your own private island. Its everything that is advertised and more. The pool is so much fun and relaxing. Its very private and quiet. The game room was a big hit for the kids. Carol the property manager could not of been more gracious and accommodating. Very Communitive during the whole process. Looking forward to booking it again.

Family birthday, all adults , plenty of space so everyone could have private time, pool and water features were great, property manager provided videos of rooms and how to operate pool, etc which was really helpful--as was the property manager. We were told in advance that weight equipment was not working, not an issue for us. Game room was fun, pin ball machine was not working for us, but plenty of other stuff which we enjoyed. Kitchen well equipped.

Great Experience!

I spent the weekend here with a group of 10, and we really enjoyed ourselves. It's in a great location, less than a mile from downtown Palm Springs, in a clean, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is clean, welcoming, and huge, with plenty of space for a big group. The kitchen is well provisioned, so cooking & serving is easy. We took advantage of the great pool, the barbeque island, and even the lazy river and slide! There are plenty of rafts, towels and shade if you're like us and intend to spend your whole time outside. It was very comfortable outside, even at 110+ degrees. We certainly would have loved to have some music, but it's Palm Springs, so that's a no-no. The only critique I can think of is a minor one. There are a lot of steps/stairs around the pool, so if you've got any mobility issues, some areas (the island & the outdoor bar come to mind) might not be accessible. The owner, Carol, was very friendly and easy to work with. She communicated well, setting expectations, and answering questions quickly. All in all, we had a very enjoyable experience, and I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

An oasis in the desert

This place is incredible. It's like having your own resort. Everyone had a fantastic time. The lazy river is on another level! Carol is one of the best hosts I've encountered. Great communication, organized and super helpful. Can't wait to come back!

The lazy river lives up to it's hype

The property was clean and spacious. The game room and lazy river/pool/spa are really the highlight of the property. Downtown Palm Springs is within walking distance. There are some minor cosmetic repairs needed for the property but it didn't detract from the great experience. We'd definitely stay here again

River Pool Fun

We had the best time at this 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom property with an amazing river current pool (and slide)! With a big group, the nicely appointed rooms and common areas offer privacy but can also handle the whole group dining or socializing together. The pool temperature is perfect for cooling down on the hot Palm Springs days and you are close (just over 1 mile) to a lot of yummy dining options and shopping. Please note that Palm Springs does not allow music at any volume to be played in the outdoor areas but this does not deter from enjoying the this unique property. This is my 2nd time staying here.

Our three generation family loved loved loved this getaway

We had a ball with all the outdoor activities, the game room, the dining tables indoors and out that could seat all 13 of us. The teens took the little studio, the kids were in the bunk beds off the game room, the town ups each had a big comfy room off the pool. The managers were super responsive. I wish we could have stayed longer. Also, bonus, great spaces for hiding Easter eggs. Teens could walk to shopping, and the rest of us never had to leave the compound.
