As you enter through the gated entrance of the St. Baristo community, you’re greeted by the allure of whitewashed stucco and terracotta roofs. Picture cobblestone streets lined with mature trees, inviting you to explore the enchanting corners of this magical abode.
Step inside to a warm and welcoming foyer that leads you to stairs that access the main living floor (the house sits on the second and third floors, so there are several flights of stairs). The heart of the house is the open-plan great room, with a stunning kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The stylish chef’s kitchen sparkles with charm and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a gourmet meal. It's accompanied by a beautiful dining table for six, perfectly framed by doors that open onto your covered balcony—ideal for starlit dinners or leisurely breakfasts. The kitchen island features three stools, perfect for additional seating and creating a welcoming gathering spot for family and friends. To the side of the room is a comfy couch and coffee table.
Nestled away down the hall is a cozy den that functions as a media room, with a plush sofa and a large TV.
Further down the hall, you’ll find a stylish bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Just beyond that is the door into the stunning primary suite. The primary suite, bathed in natural light from two Juliet balconies, boasts a king-size bed, a 48” Smart TV, and a separate alcove with a desk, creating a private workspace. The luxurious en suite bathroom features a large vanity and a soaking tub. The shower is in the bath in the hall just outside the primary suite, giving this bedroom the feeling of having two bathrooms instead of one.
Ascend to the third floor, where the second bedroom awaits like a secret sanctuary. With its open-air concept, private fireplace, and a balcony showcasing breathtaking mountain vistas, this retreat promises ultimate tranquility. Drift off in your king-size bed while enjoying your favorite shows on the 40” Smart TV, and rejuvenate in the custom walk-in shower of the en suite bathroom. There’s even a workspace for those who may need to catch up on a little work during their getaway. The third floor is like a loft, open to the stairway and therefore to the second floor below. It creates a wonderful, open feeling, but does not have sound privacy from the second floor.
Just steps away from the front door, the community pool area invites you to bask in the sun. Take a dip in the sparkling, saltwater, heated pool, unwind in the spa, or lounge under a cabana. As the sun sets, gather around the outdoor fireplace or clubhouse, sharing stories and laughter while soaking in the incredible views that surround you.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 4 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract.
**Renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
