All linens, bath towels, pool towels, and hair dryers are provided, so there is no need to pack your own.

There is free wireless internet and each living room and bedroom has access to Smart TV streaming applications including: YoutubeTV, Netflix, and Hulu. The audio in the living areas is also connected to Sonos for your enjoyment.
The vast outdoor area features a pool and spa (heated upon request), 4 loungers with umbrella, a cabana daybed perfect for lounging, a BBQ grill, a gas fire table with beautiful custom seating, and plenty of places to enjoy the beautiful Palm Springs weather.
There is a three car garage with an EV plugin and level 2 charger and a full-sized fridge for food and beverage overflow. There is also ample room for additional parking in the circular driveway.
There is a large washer and dryer available for your use.
Guests have access to the entire home and property.

*Maximum overnight guests: 6 - Please note this is also STRICTLY ENFORCED.
*Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed prior to occupancy.
*If you receive a citation for any reason, in addition to paying the city fine, Bel Air Palms will charge $1,500. You will also be required to immediately leave the property with no refund for any remaining days booked. Per Airbnb policy, by including these conditions in the listing, the aforementioned penalties will be supported.
RATES:
*All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 12.5% (Our TOT Permit # is 9281 / City ID# 2001). This tax is NOT included in the nightly rate but will be charged as an extra service through Airbnb.
*Rates are higher for holidays, weekends, special events, and during high season. There is a three or four night minimum stay requirement for all special events and holidays, depending on the event.
*COACHELLA: 5 night minimum stay.
*MODERNISM WEEK, DESERT TRIP, and SPLASH HOUSE: 4 night minimum stay.
*The pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge. This can be decided prior to or upon your arrival.
*Cleaning fee: $300. This fee will be charged as an extra service through Airbnb at the end of your stay. If you would like the home cleaned during your stay, contact us and we will coordinate with our housekeepers. Additional charges will apply.
*Security deposit required: $1,000.
*Guests staying one month or longer will be responsible for all utility charges including water, electricity, and gas.

*Early check-in or late check-out is possible with advance notice. Feel free to inquire and we will try our best to accommodate.
*The City of Palm Springs has recently announced limitations on vacation home rentals. Due to this recent change, we will require a THREE NIGHT minimum on weekends. Holidays and some special events will require longer minimum stays. Given the high demand and multiple rental requests, and due to the limitation on the total number of stays we are permitted to rent each year, we will rent to those who will take care of our home and rent for the longest periods of time.
