Palm Springs enforces strict short-term rental regulations. By booking, guests agree to comply with all city and house rules:

• Registered guests only (maximum occupancy strictly enforced)
• No visitors,unregistered guests or pets permitted at any time
• No parties, events, or gatherings
• Outdoor amplified music is strictly prohibited by city ordinance
• Quiet hours must be observed
• Minimum renter age: 25

Required prior to check-in:
• Government-issued ID for primary guest (immediately after booking)
• Names and email addresses for all adult guests (5 days after booking)
• Signed rental agreement (must be completed at least 5 days prior to arrival)

Violations may result in fines, immediate termination of the stay, and removal from the property.

Security & Monitoring
For security, five exterior cameras (front door, driveway, side gate, backyard, and side yard) monitor entry points and outdoor areas. Cameras are active and recording at all times and may be reviewed if required due to a city or neighbor complaint. There are no cameras inside the home.
