HOUSE RULES —
CocoTiempo (City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental ID #2807)

The primary renter must be at least 25 and provide a valid ID and be present at check-in. This is a city requirement.
Only guests named on the reservation may stay. If your guest count changes, let us know.
Maximum 8 overnight guests (city regulation). Daytime visitors are welcome 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., up to 12 people total on-site, with our approval.

Check-in and waivers
Remote check-in is required for all Palm Springs rentals. Before arrival, every guest signs our liability waiver and upon arrival, the City of Palm Springs Statement of Rules and Regulations.
Please confirm before booking that your whole group agrees to sign.

Being a good neighbor
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. Keep noise down and move indoors during this time.
No outdoor or amplified music at any time, including indoor music loud enough to be heard outside. Indoor music at a reasonable volume is welcome.

No parties or events of any kind.
Keep the front and side gates closed at all times for security and privacy.
Park in the garage and driveway. MAX number of cars is 4. Please don`t block the street or neighbors` driveways.
The city enforces these rules closely, and there`s a 24-hour neighbor complaint line. Violations can lead to citations, fines, or eviction without refund.

Pool and spa safety
For your safety, please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool and spa is at your own risk, including potential hazards such as drowning or slip-and-fall injuries. Additionally, our home features direct pool access from every room; we kindly ask that guests with children consider this layout when booking.
Pool and Spa Rules:
- No diving: The pool and spa are not deep enough, and diving poses a significant risk of serious injury.
- Supervision: All minors must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool or spa area.
- No glass: For safety, glass is strictly prohibited near the pool. Please use only the provided plastic dishware.
- Spa Safety: The spa temperature can exceed 98°F. To ensure your safety, please limit your time in the water, stay hydrated, and avoid consuming alcohol while using the spa.
-Please note that pool floats are not provided. If you choose to bring your own, kindly ensure they are not left on the artificial turf, as they can cause damage and burning to the grass.

Children
The home is not childproofed and has no pool fence or gate. The fire pit and street-access gate also carry risks. If you`re traveling with children, you accept full responsibility for their safety and supervision.

Vendors and services
Outside vendors (chef, massage, photographer, and so on) must be approved by us in advance and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming us as additional insured before check-in. Using an unapproved vendor can end the rental agreement with no refund.

Pets
Pets are by prior approval only, due to allergies and insurance. Message us before booking and we`ll consider it case by case.

Trash
Please store all trash in the designated bins and ensure they are kept out of sight from the street. If the trash can becomes too full to close properly, please notify us immediately, as this is a city violation. Trash and recycling pickup occurs on Mondays only; please ensure all recycling is placed in the blue bin.

Your agreement By booking, you confirm you`ve read and agree to these rules, all city regulations, and the safety guidelines, including the Good Neighbor information. You take responsibility for everyone in your group and their compliance. Breaking these rules can result in penalties or eviction without refund.
