An authentic Alexander, the main home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a fourth bedroom in the private casita with an en-suite bathroom — plenty of room for friends and family to spread out, relax, and create unforgettable memories. Inside, you’ll discover a curated collection of art and design: including art from Shag, Witco, Bosco, and other mid-century style artists.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Step outside to your own desert playground, where the pool and spa invite you to soak up the sunshine or stargaze at night. Lounge on shaded chaises with an ice-cold drink, gather around the fire pit for evening conversation, or share alfresco meals for eight in the dining area. Two interior guest rooms (one with a king bed, the other with a queen) share a full bathroom located off the hallway. The detached casita is a quiet, private retreat with a queen bed, en-suite bath, and cozy living space—perfect for parents seeking privacy, families with napping little ones, older kids wanting their own hangout, or anyone working remotely who needs a peaceful space.
