Our home is in the highly desirable Vista Las Palmas neighborhood. Nestled just a short 10 minute drive from the iconic Indian Canyons and the thrilling Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, this property offers the perfect base for your desert getaway.

As a traveler, you'll delight in the array of amenities that await you. Dive into the refreshing outdoor pool, unwind in the soothing hot tub, and enjoy the convenience of free WiFi and a washer/dryer. Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room, or indulge in a movie night on the smart TV.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and a wealth of culinary tools, allowing you to whip up delectable meals. Savor your creations at the dining table or step outside to the porch and fire pit for alfresco dining.

When you're not exploring the nearby attractions, such as the Agua Caliente Casino just 5 minutes away, you can enjoy a game of ping pong, challenge your friends to a board game, or simply relax to the tunes of the stereo system.

With 3.5 bathrooms, air conditioning, this vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. nestled on a private lot with large oversized pool, swim against our double swim jets or float like a lazy river in our pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, outdoor shower and pool bath. Ask us to heat the pool for your stay for a $95 per day heating fee to raise the pool to 88° during the summer months (December thru March) or $60 a day for the rest of the year .Spacious entertaining space with room to gather as well as an outdoor kitchen with Wolf BBQ grill. Sublime views of the San Jacinto Mountain range. Primary opens to private patio. 3 bedroom ensuite

The space: New Contemporary flooded with light, well equipped for cooking and entertainment, private outdoor space off the master suite, Nano glass wall opens to the pool area with additional entry from the outdoor bar to the dining and living room. Indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces. Quality mattresses, towels and sheets, WIFI, televisions and sound system throughout.

Guest access Our local house manager will coordinate with you your arrival and check in instructions. He'll also be available for you pre arrival and during your stay if anything arises and to help with any house questions. We're happy help with recommendations in and around the Palm Springs area.

The location of the property was perfect- close to the hustle and bustle but very quiet. Stunning views from the private backyard. Everything in the house was clean and well taken care of. Overall a wonderful place to stay and would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I along with my two girls and their husbands spent a memory making weekend here. Our hosts were incredible (especially Steve who I contacted multiple times with requests, all of which were easily met!). As it was our 40th wedding anniversary, everything had to be ‘just right’. It all was and the some!This property is awesome. Beautifully appointed and wonderfully presented. We cannot recommend this property and its hosts enough!!

Holiday gathering

We stayed at this house during the week of Christmas and it's one of the best VRBO homes we've ever stayed in. It's a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood. The house was really comfortable and beautifully appointed. Steve was very helpful and responsive.....a delightful guy. We were sad to have to check out and get back to regular life.

Las Palmas Paradise

We had an amazing stay at Vista Las Palmas and would definitely stay again. The house is beautiful and spacious with everything you need and extremely comfortable beds and furniture. The outside space and pool are amazing and larger than they appear in the photos and you’ll definitely spend most of your time enjoying the sun and palm tree / mountains views from the outdoor space or pool. A nice bonus is the pool side bathroom and the garage with ping pong table. Las Palmas is also a beautiful neighborhood with lovely houses, historic charm and nice quiet and wide roads for walks, runs or bike rides. The house is also very close to downtime Palm Springs so it’s easy to walk or drive into town for the shops and restaurants. Finally, the owner and Steve O the host are fantastic and quick to respond and ensure you have all the help you need on your stay. We’d definitely stay here again! Five stars plus!

Ultimate Palm Springs Vibe

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this magnificent mid century modern home. The outdoor space was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped and cooking was fun. Steve was amazing. So attentive even though we really didn’t need him. Our two weeks went so quickly and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything we Needed

We were very pleased with our place. We walked into a very clean home which had more than adequate space for us. It was obvious that hurricane Ian had some effect on the property, but none so bad that it effected our enjoyment of the house. We were grateful that we were able to find Emilys house for the month of February. Emily is a responsive owner and her place provided us with everything we needed.

In our sixty plus years of travel, we have never experienced a more seasoned, reliable, friendly and accommodating house manager. Thanks to SteveO for making our stay a memorable one. The owners have a gem in him. Great neighborhood, best in PS. No telephone/power lines, unobstructed views of the mountains. All the amenities one could want.

Christmas week vacation

Our group of 6 had a wonderful time at this unbelievable home. The location allowed us to not only to take walks throughout the beautiful Vista Las Palmas area, but to walk to the amenities on highway 111. By far, this was the nicest place we have stayed in Palm Springs. Everything was as advertised, and the quality of the furnishings was impeccable. The weather cooperated for the week, and we were able to cook a wonderful Christmas dinner and enjoy it by the pool. Every need was met, and the manager, Steve O was able to answer any questions. No doubt, we will be visiting again.

Modern Chic in Old Las Palmas

Been staying at many homes in Old Las Palmas, this by far the best. Loved this gorgeous home that had many high end touches. Great location for walking to town. We’ll be back!

I've had to visit the desert 6 times over the last 18 months and this is by far the best rental I've stayed in. It's super clean and quiet. Everything is new and functional. I've never had that experience before :( The pool is heated and fantastic!
