Welcome to your perfect getaway in a peaceful, gated community! This spacious, ground-floor 2-bedroom condo offers the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for long-term stays with a 30-day minimum rental.



Step inside to a bright, open-concept living and dining area, perfect for relaxing with a movie on the streaming-ready Smart TV. The fully equipped, modern kitchen features all-new appliances, elegant dishware, and a wine cooler, ready for you to prepare delicious meals. Start your day right with our coffee station, offering a ground coffee maker.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two cozy bedrooms:

* **Primary Bedroom:** Features a comfortable King bed.

* **Secondary Bedroom:** Includes two Queen beds.



Step outside to your private patio with seating for four, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or grill a delicious dinner. As our guest, you'll also have access to the sparkling community pool, rejuvenating spa, and tennis courts just steps from your door.



**For Families:** A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire ground-floor condo, the private patio, and all available community amenities.



**Guest Access Includes:**

* The entire 2-bedroom condo.

* Private patio with seating and a grill.

* Community pool and spa.

* Community tennis courts.

* On-site parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Please review these important details for your stay:



* **Utilities Fee:** Please note there is an additional fee of $250 per month for electricity.

* **City of Palm Springs Requirements:** The city requires all guests to sign an additional rental contract, provide a copy of their government-issued ID, and submit the license plate numbers of their vehicles. This verification process is completed on a separate platform after your reservation is confirmed.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Cancellation Policy:** 100% refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance.

**PLEASE NOTE: $200 is taken up front for management and booking of the property separate to the invoice.
