Detta fantastiska 3 sovrum har 2 King-sängar, som inte ofta finns i fritidshus. Det finns också 2 fulla bad plus underbara pulverrum för bad för extra bekvämlighet! Stor privat pool och spa görs desto mer spektakulär med den orörda (trådlösa :-) underbara utsikt över bergen!

Perfekt för att underhålla med vänner eller slå tillbaka i ensamhet med den speciella någon. House har fyra nya platt-TV-apparater och högklassigt höghastighetsinternet, även trådlöst.

Det vackra landskapet och trädgården erbjuder total integritet för att sola dig runt den enorma poolen eller avslappnade grillar med familj och vänner.

Det stora sovrummet har en elegant king size-säng med eget badrum med stor promenaddusch och separat tillgång till poolområdet. Andra gäst sovrummet har också en kung, också! Mysiga 3: e gästrum har en drottningssäng. Det andra badrummet har nu en ny dusch.

På natten kan du ta "Pool" -utmaningen över drinkar vid spisen - Hemmet har ett biljardbord i full storlek för timmars kul!

As previous reviews said, the home is spacious, great quiet location. It is a close walk to the Prescott Preserve. The yard is beautiful with mature trees. Pool table was fun to have. The pool is clean, though we could not get the hot tub working. Some things need a little updating but great updated bathroom showers.I still gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star. We had a poor experience with follow up and communication during our stay. Juan welcomed us to the home with a text and was very responsive when on the 1st day of our stay I texted him that the garbage disposal was broken and the dishwasher was leaking water onto the kitchen floor. He said he would get a maintenance person our ASAP. The next day I texted him again. He said the maintenance guy would be out. I never heard anything from him again. We knew it would be hard during a holiday week but to be left to wonder if a guy would show up at anytime wasn't great. It was strange not to have any follow-up. We hand washed all our dishes without a garbage disposal for 7 days. On our last day, I checked in with Juan to make sure we were doing all the check out correctly. I never received a text back from him. When we got home I emailed the owner with this experience, he said he would reply back in a couple of days, but I never heard back.

Palm Springs Labor Weekend

Excellent except the master bedroom, the mattress was uncomfortable. The pool was nice, however, it is time to resurface the bottom of the pool. We definitely will be stayed in this place again. Juan was very helpful and friendly. Great communication.

Big house with good location

This was the second time we stayed here in the past three years. The house is roomy and well appointed, though some of the furnishings are looking a little worn. While most of the appliances in the kitchen are new-ish, the stove top is worn. Some of the burners have trouble lighting and the control knobs don't say which burner they operate. Overall a good place to stay in a great neighborhood but a little tired.

Great location

Super location, close to shopping and only a short Uber ride into restaurants and nightlife. Juan was very prompt with any questions, he even managed to get us in a little early. Very quiet Street, felt very secure at all times. The pool was heated perfectly for us - loved swimming every day - highly recommend!

Perfect week

We had a brilliant stay in this property for a week in August. We came from England with two children. The property is very large, clean and modern. The beds are big and extremely comfy. When we arrived we were met by Juan who explained everything and answered any questions. The garden is totally private and the pool is lovely. There are humming birds that come to the garden. The property is close to lots of things from desert tours to outlet shopping. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. It was boiling when we went but the air con in the house is ideal. No faults with this property. You'll be pleased you booked it.

Beautiful house and grounds, Juan excellent host, very pleasant, as was house keeper, house was very clean and relaxing, couldn’t have ask for anything better. Could have done without hurricane Hilary but house handled it like a pro. Would recommend to anyone, excellent choice.

Excellent Getaway

Stayed here for a few weeks in July. The house was a pleasant oasis during days of ungodly hot temps. The central air kept up throughout the heat, and the pool was a great way to cool off in the afternoons and evenings. Communication with the owner and Juan, the house manager, was excellent. Highly recommend this house!

Perfect Vacation Home

We come to Palm Springs every year. This was our first time booking this home. This home is in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. We spent most of our time in the backyard which was a tropical oasis. I can’t say enough good things about this property. We will be booking again.

Comfortable Home and Great Location!

A very Spacious Home in a Quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping & restaurants & Palm Canyon Drive. The home is a 2.5 bath, not a 3 full bath, which was not a problem for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and dine, and one thing we did not need, which was Ants! There were also some ants in the primary bathroom. Not an infestation, but enough to keep us mindful of where we placed our food in the cupboards and our toothpaste etc. in the bathroom. We found some spray in the kitchen and used it(what a horrid odor) but it was a contact only spray, so we just squished ants as we saw them. We were also surprised that None of the windows had window screens, as we would have enjoyed having fresh air when the temperature outside was cooler. So we lived with the A/C on & fans on the whole time. There were two area rugs in the living/dining/entry area that needed a thorough cleaning or replacement. Lots of stains & wear. For a home that is supposed to sleep 6 comfortably, we only had 4 washcloths to last us 10 days and not quite enough T.P. However, I did text Juan and within 3-4 hours we received a delivery of both. The lighting in the living area was poor(only one floor lamp) but we found two other matching table lamps in a closet in the utility room, dusted them off, and then had good lighting. But why were those lamps not out for people to use? Odd. The Pool, backyard and BBQ were all pleasant and we enjoyed those amenities a lot. We had a relaxing Vacay.

Wonderful!

Great Christmas in Palm Springs

We spend Christmas in the Palm Springs area every year in a rental property. This was by far the best. This house was very spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, and a large dining and living room. A beautiful outdoor area with pool, hot tub and BBQ. Our dogs loved having a yard to play in .Even a game room with a pool table. The only thing we found difficult was the TV system. That needs to be more simple and user friendly. Raul the property manager was very accommodating and available whenever we had a questions. The location is perfect in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close to town for shopping & dining. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home in Palm Springs.

The perfect desert charM

The property is centrally located to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Very easy check in process, we were met by the property manager at the house. He went over all we needed to know about the house. It was such a pleasure to actually talk to a live person when checking into an unfamiliar house. I would recommend this house to families. My husband, our two year old and my in-laws all had our own space. Our week in Palm Springs was relaxing and enjoyable and this house was the perfect fit!

Beautiful property

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was really clean and exactly as shown. Great pool and beautiful location. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the dishwasher and maybe adding a water softener. Otherwise perfect house in a perfect location for a getaway.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and in good conditions. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood but still close to PS downtown. We had a great time and would come again anytime.

Fun House

Location was perfect and despite being close to the airport, there was almost no flight noise. Close to PS but, not too close. Very quiet and lovely neighborhood. Nice to have a garage. The pool/spa were used constantly. We had a bit of a problem with the spa but, the property manager, Juan sorted it out immediately. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice. The kitchen is a bit tired but, everything worked and we had everything we could possibly need to cook in. The only negative was the bikes. One of the reasons we rented and were disappointed that they weren't in the best condition and ultimately we never could use them. Other than that, I would definitely rent Araby again. Great 2 week trip!
