Please Note:

*** This home is not child-proofed and is not suitable for infants or very young children. For safety reasons, little ones should not be in the front or backyard, or use the pool or spa without close adult supervision. Children should never be left alone at the property—a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times.

*** Pool heat must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to your stay. Please note, it can take 12 - 24 hours for the pool to reach temperature.

*** Pool heat is $80 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heat fee is specifically to cover the costs associated with heating the pool. The pool heating is complimentary June-October, heating fees apply from November through May.

*** During the colder winter months—typically December through February—when temps drop below 50° or when it rains, the pool heater might not keep the water as warm as expected. On those chillier days, we recommend taking a relaxing soak in the hot tub—it stays nice and warm and is the perfect spot to enjoy the desert winter!

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, use their own credit card, and stay at the property for the full duration. The name on the reservation, credit card, and government-issued photo ID must all match. A copy of the ID will be uploaded with the DocuSign documents—required by both the City of Palm Springs and us. It’s a quick and easy step, and we’re happy to help if needed!

*** Within 24 hours of booking, we’ll also need first and last names, emails, and photo IDs for all adult guests (you can add names later if needed). Once we’ve received everything, we’ll send you the house check-in information. If you need more time to complete the paperwork, just let us know—we’re happy to work with you!

*** A virtual walk-through is required by the city of Palm Springs. Once you get settled in, we will give you a call. It's a quick 5 - 10 minute call and we go over the special features and answer any questions.
