INTERIOR LIVING SPACE
The open-style living room includes high ceilings and colorful, mid-century-inspired art (think Pollock and Rothko). Chill on an original, refurbished, Adrian Pearsall sectional sofa, classic Eames Lounge Chair, or the modern Ligne Roset sofa–There’s fun designer touches all throughout the house. Custom lights by Pablo Pardo for Pablo Designs create a different allure in each room. The ultra private casita bedroom has a large en suite bathroom & doors to the backyard & spa. The primary bedroom features a large walk-in closet, sliders to the backyard, en suite bathroom with a spa tub and door to a private outdoor area under a gorgeous Bougainvillea archway. Guest rooms include the fun, tropical-themed “Jungle Room” and a room with sliders that open to the large olive trees of the front yard and mountain views.
There are smart TVs in all four bedrooms, the living room (with basic cable) and the Casita where you will find a variety of weights, equipment and yoga mat. The Chef's Kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, a 250-bottle wine refrigerator, ice maker, custom cabinetry and Caesarstone countertops. This property has all the appointments you would expect of a luxury vacation home rental, including high-speed internet access and updated climate control system.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
The expansive resort-style backyard features lemon, grapefruit, pomegranate, nectarine & orange trees, a large palo verde tree, fragrant lavender, mint and rosemary bushes (favored by numerous Hummingbirds), mid-mod kidney shaped pool, spa, Sunbrella daybed/loungers/swinging egg chair, putting green & outdoor kitchen with bbq & elevated Philippe Starck counter seats. Completely walled for privacy, the entire property feels like an exclusive, upscale resort.

**The pool will be heated to 87 degrees upon request with an additional service fee, Oct-April. Please indicate that you would like to heat the pool to ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost. **

Guests will have access to the entire house, save the for garage and owner's closets (locked and labeled).
Guests will also enjoy their own private concierge for the duration of their stay. You'll receive a welcome greeting, local recommendations, a walk through the property and any questions or concerns you might have will be addressed. Your concierge will be easily accessible via phone/text. Upon request, groceries or any particulars can be pre-stocked (for an additional fee). You will be personally introduced after your booking is confirmed.
