För din nästa Palm Springs semester är lycka på din sida om du väljer vårt senaste semesterhus hem: PS Charmed!

Beläget i det ursprungliga Sunmor Estates-området i centrala Palm Springs, byggdes detta renoverade Palmer & Krisel hem 1958 och har blivit renoverat för att ge dig en verklig Mid-Century Modern-upplevelse. Erbjuder 3 sovrum och 2 fulla bad, erbjuder hemmet ett större än normalt inredningsrum med 1 656 kvadratmeter som inkluderar en bonus / tv-rum med separat pulverrum. En öppen planlösning erbjuder vardagligt vardagsrum med enkel inredning och utomhusunderhållning med ett ökök och matplats för upp till 6, stort vardagsrum med välvda tak, polerade betonggolv, ett varumärke Alexander (tyvärr inte fungerande) sten spis, stor lägenhet skärm Smart TV, Junior Baby Grand piano med väggar av glas och två uppsättningar av reglage till en fantastisk bakgård. Hemmets tv-apparater erbjuder Roku service för kabel och strömmande åtkomst till Netflix, Hulu, etc.


Sovrummen består av en master svit med queen size-säng, eget badrum (dusch / badkar combo) med extra kuddar och filt och skjutdörr uteplats tillgång till bakgården. Den första gäst sovrummet har två enkelsängar och det andra gäst sovrummet har en full size säng. De två gästrummen delar hallbadet som har en nedsänkt dusch.


Den fantastiska West-facing bakgård erbjuder enastående utsikt över San Jacinto Mountains. En utedusch ligger strax utanför skjutreglaget till den / tv-rummet. På ena sidan av bakgården kan du njuta av en full inbyggd naturgasgrill med betongbänksbordshöjd sittplatser för 3 eller äta utomhus på utomhusbordet som sitter 6-8. På de kallare vinterkvällen, snuggla nära utomhuspit med extra sittplatser. Den stora simbassängens pool har nyligen blivit resurfaced och sida vid sida och är perfekt för varv eller bara flytande dina bekymmer bort. På andra sidan gården kan du njuta av en blöt i det nya spaet ovanför. Du kan också ta tid att centrera och fokusera i separat, sluten yoga / fitnesshut. Sunmor är ett bra bostadsområde som är rikt med arkitektonisk historia. Centralt beläget "vindfri" -zonen, mindre än 2 miles till centrala Palm Springs. Protokoll från Palm Springs flygplats och matsal. Vackra mitten av århundradet hem runt det cykelvänliga, gångbara området. Se spårvagnsstationen ljuset på natten från bakgården. Ägaren som tycker om att stressa detta hem är perfekt för en drömlov och avkoppling, men är inte ett "party-centralt" hem. Varje gäst förväntas vara lika bra en granne som ägaren själva. Särskilda händelser som bröllop är inte tillåtna. Palm Springs har strikta ljudförordningar som förbjuder utomhusförstärkt ljud. Granska med ledningen för förtydliganden.

Spring Break

We had a great time. My family thoroughly enjoyed the house, the pool and the spa. The home was beautifully decorated and the location was super convenient. We'd certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Palm Springs getaway.

Great location and great property

We had a great time during our recent stay. The house is very well appointed and the pool and spa area are spacious and quiet and well laid out. Everything went well from the booking to the check-in to the check-out process. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Great Spot!

House is exactly as pictured and conveniently located. It has great energy, views, and landscaping. We spent more time relaxing at the house than originally anticipated. The only drawback is that the street is busy/loud, but we got used to it and would stay at the house again.

Amazing rental!

The house is immaculate and very comfortable. Proximity to airport cannot be beat, grocery/pharmacy minutes away by car, fantastic location! Pool and hot tub were very well heated and clean, we were very impressed by both the size and depth of the pool! Would definitely stay here again and many thanks to the Relax team for being so professional and responsive whenever we needed anything!!!

The outdoor bbq, pool, office space, kitchen living room, and the fireplace made the cool evenings cozy. The flow of the space and energy was exactly what we needed for a restful and relaxing vacation - and bonus we got to bring our dog, too! Craig, our host, went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and answered all the random questions we had. The communication was the best I’ve had with a rental and we definitely plan to return again.

Amazing backyard and pool

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time in the pool and outdoor space with our family. It was very hot and we spent most of our days in the pool. The outdoor kitchen also worked very well, and we used the grill almost daily. The A/C in the house kept up even on some 120+ degree days! The location of the house provided easy access to groceries, restaurants and local attractions. The location is on a fairly busy road, which wasn't really noticeable, but something to be aware of if you are sensitive to traffic noise or have a dog that likes to bolt out the front door! The road noise in the back yard and pool area is audible, but not something we found to be at all an issue. All in all an A+ experience!

Great yard but poorly looked after...........

The property was overall as per the advertising. The problem was with the lack of gardening in the back yard. Large yellow flower parkinsonia trees (not shown in the advertisement). These trees drop incredible amounts of flowers on the ground that never got cleaned up. The sap then sticks to your feet and tracks in the house. The hot tub and one toilet were reported to have problems that no one tended to. Would not return.

The house had everything you could need there. It’s on a somewhat busy road which isn’t ideal, but you don’t hear the traffic inside or in the backyard. I will say that the front rooms got a little warm at night when we had the master bedroom door closed. Also, make sure you wear flip flops outside if you want to avoid burning your feet. The cement around the pool gets HOT!!!

The house is very clean and Stephen the property manager is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!!

Serenity & outdoor haven

This house, while modest in size was full of positive energy~ The view was exceptional. The yoga studio was enjoyed by our college daughter. The pool by ALL! Loved that it has a true deep end. The various sitting locations, bar and fire pit were all used. We felt the Hal yard was planned and layed out with perfect thought. The fire pit gas was difficult to control in the wind gusts and the hot tub could have been maintained better but the pool, balance of exterior space and interior all were VERY clean and a delight to SFSU in. The stream of sunshine and Mountain View from the house never got old and the master bed and comforter were sooo comfortable! Would highly recommend.! The staff we communicated with were soo thorough @ Relax and they made it soo easy and appealing to come back by making check in and limited requirements at vacation checkout a breeze Would love to return! Thanks again!

Wonderful Place. Incredible Location.

This was our first venture out of our bubble post Covid pandemic and we just had a blast. The house was clean and comfortable and a very easy home to vacation in. The outdoor area was wonderful and felt resort-like. We loved it.

Prefect place to chill and unwind

Our stay at this property was exactly what we needed, relaxation and an escape for the crazy world we are currently living in. Well equipped house, with lovely pool, BBQ and yard. Only recommendation would be if you’re not an early riser than bring a eye mask as the rooms are bright early.

Sun-tastic!

Brand new patio/pool area that gets full sun all day. Plenty of umbrellas and areas to seek shade if that’s what you’re looking for, but coming from the frozen north for winter R&R, sunshine was just what the doctor ordered. Being on a primary PS street, there is some road noise, but not overly objectionable. House is laid out very well with plenty of space to spread out, including a den with its own TV off the living room which might be useful for families. Comfortable furniture, nicely equipped kitchen, but we really spent most of our time outside. Upside of being on a primary street is easy and quick access to everything. 5-10 minutes to hiking (we hit the jackpot, spending 30 minutes watching 20+ Bighorn sheep grazing at the top of South Lykken Trail). Also 5-10 minutes to downtown for shopping, restaurants, etc. Very easy check-in, friendly property manager... prompt replies via text when needed. We’ve stayed at several houses in Palm Springs which, for a variety of reasons, weren’t available this year. Turns out we have a new favorite.... we’ll be back!

Amazing luxury retreat from the city--any city!

My family really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful house, very charming in a classic Palm Springs mid-century modern way. Good-sized pool with terrific views, areas for dining, BBQ, and chilling by the fire at night. It even has a yoga studio! The grand piano cinched it for my daughter, the well-designed kitchen for me. We enjoyed our lounging there so much that we cooked in most nights and skipped nearby resturants. Looking forward to our next stay.

Amazing Home!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. The home fulfilled all our needs! Perfectly cozy, lovely décor, and extremely clean. Perfect location and just minutes away from the main strip. This home is ideal for entertaining and relaxing. A perfect peaceful retreat! Great place to stay. Glad to say we will be returning.

Perfect Retreat

We loved every minute of our stay here. The house is spacious and the decor a perfect mix of stylish yet comfortable. There were 4 of us with two kids, and we had space to spare. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware for meals in. The pool was paradise on hot afternoons with that quintessential Palm Springs mountain view hovering over the fence, and such a great set up with the grill and fire pit. Can't say enough good things about this place! Highly recommend!
