LIVING AREA

The sunlit living area is outfitted with a plush sectional and a flat-screen smart TV. Large windows bring an abundance of natural light, and the gas fireplace provides added allure.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite meals in the kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including double ovens. As dinner simmers, sip drinks at the well-equipped bar for two.

When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for eight in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This single-level home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The master bedroom holds a king-size bed and a flat-screen smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a desk work area as well.

The second master bedroom features a California king-size bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and direct access to the backyard. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and can also be accessed from the hallway.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The fully fenced in backyard offers a private oasis with gorgeous mountain views. Sunbathe on chaise lounges on the pool deck and kick back in comfy seating on the patio.

The gazebo lounge, furnished with two suspended chairs, is a shady retreat. On winter evenings, snuggle up around the gas fire pit.

The heated pool allows for aquatic fun in any season, and the hot tub invites you to unwind.

Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco in the shade at the table for eight.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway.

Your reservation total will include all necessary utility fees during the summer months, and pool heating will be available for an additional charge of $60/day during the winter months (October-May).

Dogs are welcome (extra pet fee and deposit required)

Local regulations require that our property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay, including noise, parking and occupancy. Please note there is no amplified music permitted outside the house in accordance with Palm Springs regulations.

LOCATION
This home is a quiet retreat near the heart of town. Travel 3 miles to downtown to find a plethora of shops and restaurants. Nearby attractions include the Palm Springs Art Museum (4 miles) and the Moorten Botanical Gardens (7 miles).

Golfers will appreciate being within 5 miles of popular courses such as Escena Golf Club, Desert Princess Country Club, and Cimarron Golf Resort.

Drive 20 minutes to discover upscale shopping at the Cabazon Outlets.

ADDITIONAL FEES/INFORMATION
All requests for additional fees will be sent as a Request For Additional Funds after the reservation has been confirmed.

Palm Springs local taxes of 12.5% are applicable for all short term reservations.
Pet fee and deposit will vary by length of stay and the number of pets.

There is a $65 per night pool and spa heating fee. If you would like to only use the spa there is a $30 per night fee. These fees must be paid in advance of your stay. A request for funds will be sent out after booking has been confirmed.
