Det här helrenoverade fritidshuset ��r fullt utbyggt och utformat år 2015 som en semesteruthyrning så att den är fullt utrustad med alla bekvämligheter du kan begära, och sedan några. Från gnistrande blå saltvatten pool och spa, till Bocce Ball domstol till putgreen ut framför, och alla fyra sovrum har eget badrum, Yellow Palms har verkligen allt. Och det är Warm Sands område plats, det är gångavstånd till alla downtown Palm Springs kul. Vad mer kan du beg��ra?
Det stora rummet har ett vackert fullt utrustat kök med frukostbar, Jenn-Air Professional-stil, rostfria vitvaror, gasutrymme, ett stort matbord för alla att sitta ihop, en 60-tums TV-lounge och en stor glasmur som öppnar sig helt för att pooldäcket. Det ��r ett bra samlingsutrymme för hela besättningen. Det finns också ett intilliggande pulverrum för besökande gäster.
På baksidan kan du njuta av det utomhus matbordet, grillen, schäslongstolar, förhöjd eldstadssalong runt spaet, utsikt ��ver San Jacinto-bergen och naturligtvis det mousserande blåa saltvattenpoolen / spaet. Strax runt hörnet är en autentisk Bocce Ball domstol för eftermiddagsturneringar. Eller du kan umgås på gårdsplanen och träna din satsning, samtidigt som du njuter av fullständig integritet från gatan, eftersom uppfart och gångväg är gated.
Alla fyra sovrum har HDTV, privat badrum, gård tillgång till södra Kalifornien levande och utformades f��r maximal integritet med separation mellan varje sovrum. Sovrummet har en bekväm king size-säng, klädkammare, sittgrupp, utsikt över San Jacinto bergen, utsikt / direkt tillgång till poolen / spa-däck och ett badrum med dubbla fåfängligheter och duschkabin.
Det finns två gästrum med queen size-sängar som har franska dörrar till gården och privata badrum, ett med en duschkabin och en med badkar dusch.
Casita sovrummet har en privat våt bar, utsikt ��ver San Jacinto bergen från queen size-sängen och direkt tillgång till poold��cket, samt ett badrum med dubbla fåfänga och duschkabin. Casita fungerar som det fjärde badrummet.
Yellow Palms ligger i det populära Warm Sands-området i centrala Palm Springs, och ligger bara 10 minuters promenad från alla affärer, restauranger, gallerier och museer i det pulserande centrala Palm Springs. Our stay at Yellow Palms was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the en-suite bathrooms were fabulous. We enjoyed the hottub and bocce court. Plenty of room for four couples to gather in living room or dining room. The location was peaceful and quiet, with easy driving access to downtown. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs.

The place was nice. I found dealing with the property management company (Oranj Palms) to be more of a hassle than I want when I go on vacation. One has to go to their office to pick up they keys AND to drop off they keys, EVEN though house has a lockbox. You have to sign a lengthy contract and then when you pick up they keys there is ANOTHER 4 page document you have to sign and initial. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and never had to jump through these hoops or experience these inconveniences.

Wonderful house and great location!

The house was perfect! There were seven of us down for the weekend and we had a great time!! Location is close to downtown and the airport. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Rooms were clean and bigger than expected, and each on-suite was nice. It would have been nice if all the keys/remotes were in a bag or basket, and to know that the pool and hot tub are on schedules. We freaked out a little when the hot tub drained itself part way overnight but realize what was up when it started refilling itself shortly after we got up. Maybe bring some bug spray, not sure if it’s because of the foliage (lots/very private) or just the time of year but mosquitoes were hungry. Great place to stay. Thanks!

Beautiful property

Exactly like the pictures. Everything was in perfect working condition and the house was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable for our party of 8. Was also a very convenient location to everything. Would definitely not only rent this house again but would also use Oranj again, they were great to work with

Just OK

Check in process was fairly easy for having to drive to a small office building to get keys. Our main issue was the pool. It was dirty upon arrival. Algae growing in many spots. Maintenance said pool cleaning was Friday. Friday mid day still no one to clean the pool. Was ensured it was being cleaned. Saturday we tried to do other things and avoid the pool. After 3rd inquiry about pool, was told Saturday mid day the pool cleaner had emergency surgery and a different pool cleaner is coming today. New cleaner arrived and He was friendly but said if he cleaned it now to kill the algae and added chemicals we would need to be out for the next few hours. Irrelevant at that point since we were leaving the next morning. It’s a cool house, in a good area, but it definitely shows as a property management owned asset and not someone’s home.

Small family Thanksgiving gathering

The rental was amazing. i appreciate the small details, cottonballs, hand soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. Great pool, lots of lounge chairs, excellent location. The check in process was painful- getting the keys and worse havto drop off the keys.

Terrible Experience I want a refund

This was a terrible experience , the neighbors harassed us everyday , we tried to call the property manager he or she did not pick up , jacuzzi did not get hot , House alarm kept going off , they kicked us out our home on Sunday for no reason , we asked to speak to somebody on Sunday they Ignored us

Great Place for a Weekend with Friends!!

This place was awesome -- exactly as billed in the description of the property. It was a great layout for 4 adult couples. Everything was clean and in great working order. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hot tub was a perfect temp when turned on. The heated pool was fabulous. We made dinner a couple of nights and the kitchen was kickass. My only complaint is the check-in and check-out process with the property management company - Oranj Palm Vacation Homes. They make you drive over to their office in a strip mall to pick up the keys instead of just letting you go directly to the house and let yourself in via keypad. The only way to avoid doing this is to pay around $100 for "VIP service." For a property where you are paying a significant amount of money to rent each night, this seems totally ridiculous. Not a deal breaker but definitely annoying and seemingly unnecessary given that it is 2020 and there is no need to make a separate trip to drive somewhere to pick up keys.

The property was well represented in the description. Everything was clean and the set up was great for our family of 6 with private bedrooms and baths. The matresses probably need updating tho, & since we cooked a lot, we noticed that some of the cookware had not been cleaned properly. The location was walkable to trails, the Tahquitz Park (beautiful waterfall hike), and downtown. Overall, it was a great stay.

Very good property. Roomy and good for 8 people.

Stay was good. Had problems with internet connection and Wi Fi pretty much the whole month . Finally fixed with the provider coming out to boost and rewire in home and at source. We arranged this as the property manager was not going to do it . Pool could have been cleaner. Dishwasher was not working properly but we managed .Other than squeaky doors and noist bathroom fans it was avery nice place and good to stay . The unit was very well equipped with lots ao dishware and silverware for inside and out . Knives could be sharpened however.

Greate Family get away

The property was really beautiful and clean. We loved the spacious layout of the home. The air conditioning was having a hard time cooling down the living room/kitchen area. The pillows in the bedrooms were also uncomfortable to sleep with. The rugs and floor mats in the house could also use some cleaning because they were relatively dirty. Other than that, everything in the home was very clean. What we reserved in the pictures is what we got in person. The family had an amazing time at this home and especially being able to spend time playing mini-golf in the front yard and taking a nice swim in the gorgeous saltwater pool.

Great Stay!

The property is in excellent condition and just like in the photos. We had a great time and our family enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice although I think it should be noted that the deepest area of the pool is 4 1/2 feet and when you have guests who are tall (like my husband & son) it’s difficult to stay cool in the pool. Would definitely return with our younger kids!

Great House in a great location

We stayed for five days and loved this house. We had 8 in our party and the house was totally large enough to feel very comfortable. All four bedrooms have it's own bathroom, they are all very nice size and each bathroom was complete with lotion, shampoo and bath wash which was a nice surprise. The pictures are very current the house looks exactly like the photo's. The pool and backyard are awesome. The kitchen is fully stocked for both indoor and outdoor glass and eating equipment. We needed a few items looked into and the management office was very responsive. The location is very central Palm Springs and you can walk to downtown if it's not too hot! The Wifi did not work during our stay otherwise everything was perfect.
