The main house is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, anchored in the middle by the great room and well-equipped, updated cook's kitchen with professional grade appliances.

The kid's room with triple bunk beds and hall bathroom is at the north end of the house, and at the south end is another guest bedroom, bathroom, and the spacious Primary bedroom with its own indulgently designed bathroom with a walk-through shower and access to a private side patio with its own mountain view.

There is also a 2 bedroom casita on the east end of the property with a lounge, pool table, full kitchen, guest bathroom and 2 private bedrooms. All bedrooms at this home have a flat screen TV.

Out back, where you'll likely spend most of your time, features a large, beautiful swimming pool, above ground hot tub, gorgeous mountain views, ping-pong table, lounge seating all around the backyard, a covered patio that's outfitted with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and plenty of poolside lounge chairs.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 84-86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the above ground hot tub.
