The Space:

This home is designed around the backyard. The private pool sits against a backdrop of the San Jacinto Mountains, with sun loungers and shaded seating spread across the patio. There's a charcoal BBQ for evening cookouts and enough space for your whole group to spread out without stepping on each other.

Inside, the layout is open and bright — a modern living room with a fireplace connects to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you'd want for a real meal: full-size appliances, cookware, and a Miele espresso machine for slow desert mornings.

All three bedrooms have king beds, so nobody's stuck on a pullout. Two full bathrooms keep the morning routine smooth, even with a full house.

The vibe here is calm and private — you're in a quiet residential neighborhood but only a few minutes' drive from Palm Canyon Drive, where you'll find restaurants, vintage shops, and cocktail bars. It's also a great base for hiking at Indian Canyons, day trips to Joshua Tree, or catching events like Coachella and Stagecoach in season.



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire home to yourselves — inside, backyard, and pool. Check-in is self-service with a secure door code (no awkward key handoffs). Driveway fits 3 cars, and there's street parking if you need more.



The Neighborhood:

The house is in a quiet residential pocket of Palm Springs — the kind of street where you hear birds in the morning, not traffic. Mountain views are part of the daily scenery.

Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive away. Palm Canyon Drive is where you'll find most of the action: restaurants like Workshop Kitchen + Bar, coffee at Ernest Coffee, vintage shopping, and weekend art walks. The Aerial Tramway, Indian Canyons hiking trails, and multiple golf courses are all within 15 minutes.

If you're visiting for Coachella, Stagecoach, or Modernism Week, the venue and event locations are an easy drive from the house.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to get around and explore Palm Springs and nearby areas. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately 10–15 minutes away. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

★ Do we have access to a pool or spa? ★

Yes! You will have exclusive access to your private pool. Please note this property does not have a spa or hot tub. The pool heater can be turned on manually at the equipment area. There is no remote or app control available. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues.

There are no mandatory additional fees for standard use of the property. If pool heating is requested, please let us know in advance so we can confirm availability and instructions



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Pets are not allowed in this property



★ Are there noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified music and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Respectful, low-volume music is allowed until 10 PM. After that, all music must be turned off. Parties and events are strictly prohibited



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

It may be possible depending on availability and cleaning schedule

Early check-in / Late check-out (up to 2 hours): $75 fee



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes. The maximum number of guests is 6 as listed on the booking. No extra guests are allowed. We require contact details for all adult guests staying at the property



Pool Equipment Notice - For safety and proper operation, please do not adjust, tamper with, or manually operate any pool equipment, timers, heaters, pumps, or control systems. Any damage resulting from unauthorized use may be the guest's responsibility.
