The Space:

Newly remodeled pool home will welcome you to the desert with its fresh look and airy feel. Updated kitchen, pool, and spa are guaranteed to delight. 4BD/3BA with 2 Master Suites will surely satisfy adults looking for a bit of privacy away from the rest of the group (or the kids).



There are 2 spacious master bedrooms w/ king beds. Each with en-suite bathrooms and on opposite sides of the house. 2 additional bedrooms w/ queen beds share a hallway bathroom. The living space ties right into your kitchen and dining space for and easy and comfortable flow. 



Backyard is complete with dining area, a hammock, and a fun grassy area for kids to play. 



You will have exclusive use of the entire property. Treat it as if it's your own home. Enjoy the amenities of a hotel, but the comforts of a home.



Pool heat is $65 per day. If you choose to pay for pool heat, the pool will be heated up to 87º and runs 7AM-7PM. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.



Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. 



Additonal Policies

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am

-No smoking inside home

-Renter must be 25+

-Up to 2 dogs allowed for $100 charge
