Three beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private casita with its own entrance and ensuite make it perfect for groups of all kinds. The open-concept kitchen and living areas flow together effortlessly, creating a space that`s as great for entertaining as it is for unwinding.

The backyard is where the magic happens. A stunning saltwater pool and spa take center stage, with sun loungers, umbrellas, and two seating areas surrounding it. Fire up the natural gas grill for a sunset dinner, work on your short game at the 5-hole putting green, and soak in the sweeping views of the Palm Springs mountains. It`s the kind of outdoor space you`ll never want to leave.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal — appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and a starter supply of salt, pepper, and olive oil. Reach out if you`d like the full list.

We provide a welcome kit of everyday essentials to get you started — toiletries, paper goods, laundry supplies, coffee, tea, and a gift basket. Body, pool, hand, and washcloths are also provided. Please note that once supplies run out, additional items are the guest`s responsibility.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per the City of Palm Springs Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or loud music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. The outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM - 8AM Friday and Saturday. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices, which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

2. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $100/day for pool heating, which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24-hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

3. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

5. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

6. No more than 4 vehicles allowed.

7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels, or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform.

9. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.
