Retreat to the master bedroom where you’ll drift into relaxation on 1,200-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. A gentle breeze from the ceiling fan complements the tranquil soundscape of desert evenings. The second bedroom, equally appointed with fine linens, offers its own en suite bathroom stocked with luxury toiletries to enhance your experience. The property assures a hassle-free check-in at 4 PM, escorted by pre-arrival instructions. The resort-style grounds of the gated community offer multiple pools, spas, and tennis courts, promising leisure at every turn. Check-in is seamless at 4 PM, with detailed access instructions provided a few days before your arrival. Check-in instructions will be sent 1-3 days before arrival. To ensure a seamless and quick arrival, we offer virtual check-in. Per the City of Palm Springs ordinance, we are required to conduct a face-to-face check-in within 24 hours of your arrival, which will be completed virtually with a member of our team. Mesquite Country Club is a gated, resort-style community featuring multiple pools and spas, tennis courts, and lush grounds.

Quiet hours help preserve the tranquility that defines this desert retreat. As part of Palm Springs' Good Neighbor effort, all adult guests must acknowledge city guidelines prior to rental access. Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am. Due To A New City Ordinance:

- IDs will be requested for verification after booking
