Villa Granada is a private home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. We ask guests to respect the space, our neighbors, and city regulations.

No smoking or vaping in the house
Renter must be 25+, provide government-issued ID, and sign a rental agreement
City of Palm Springs rules apply, including strict quiet hours, no outdoor music at any time, a list of all adult guests and vehicle license plates is required
Security cameras are located at the front and side of the home (never inside or in the backyard)
Dog-friendly for up to 2 pre-approved pups ($150/dog). No cats due to allergies.
Guest will be responsible for any damage or extra cleaning. Security deposit or damage waiver may apply.
Monthly stays welcome: $1,800/month gas/electric utility deposit (refundable balance based on actual use)
