“The Giafra Rooms are an amazing place to stay. Good location for visiting the Valley of Temples and close to many good restaurants. Comfortable clean and well appointed bedrooms, a really nice swimming pool and breakfast room. But best of al were the wonderful staff who all went beyond normal levels of service. ”

“I had tried multiple times to change my booking. Via email and also Expedia app. I had accidentally put the wrong month in. Expedia tried to help out but this place did not answer their phone nor respond to emails. Neither flexible nor customer service oriented. Steer clear. ”

“complesso tipo a schiera vicino al mare e alla marina, ben protetto, silenzioso e custodito con ampio parcheggio. A pochi passi dal centro e vicinissimo ad un centro commerciale. Su Expedia era evidenziata la colazione compresa all'arrivo invece ci e' stato detto che la colazione è solo sulla prima notte (!?) presso un bar vicinissimo. A noi andata anche peggio perché il bar era anche chiuso per ferie. ”

“When we arrived at the Hotel they claimed to have no idea of our booking. So after back and forth and multiple phone calls they finally checked their emails to see the Expedia booking. We weren’t offered the chance of having a meal. Then next morning we woke to have no hot (or even warm) water. So cold showers! Apparently someone forgot to turn it on for our room. And the access road to the very remote location is an absolute nightmare, barely passable by conventional car!”

“Nel fare il tour della Sicilia con la famiglia abbiamo visitato Agrigento e prenotato all'ultimo l'alloggio. La signora è stata tempestiva a contattarci dopo la prenotazione per fornirci indicazioni su come raggiungere il B&B, molto cordiale e disponibile, ci ha fornito tante informazioni sui luoghi di interesse nelle vicinanze e sui ristoranti dove poter cenare. Esperienza molto positiva.”
