Great weekend stay in a beautiful VRBO!

It was a breeze to check in and the place was very clean and the decorating was lovely. The bed was comfortable, lots of clean towels. I felt very cozy for my weekend stay!

Sports trip

This is our second time staying at these suites. They are extremely comfortable, extremely clean and located close to anything you need in Palmer. We will be back for sure.

Colony Suites

Everything was as advertised and expected. Owners were very accessible and helpful. It is a small but comfortable, very nicely done property near our favorite hot spot for good food and beer (Palmer Ale House). In the heart of Palmer. Highly recommend. Moegy

Convenient to old town Palmer. Special place.

The Colony Suites villages were very clean, professional staff, and a safe place for family. It has all the amenities for a longer stay in a small town. Very convenient to old town Palmer, AK. Close to coffee shops, antiques, souvenirs, and a variety of brew houses and restaurants. I would visit Palmer again because of Colony Suites. A special thanks to Marty for his prompt replies and outstanding customer service. Thank you

A Colony Christmas

What a wonderful property! We normally avoid VRBO because of the additional fees but we decided to stay based on the location. If you haven’t had a chance to explore downtown Palmer Alaska at Christmas, you need to do so. This location was 1/2 block from downtown, extremely well maintained, and it has a view of the fireworks from your front door. We will be back. 🎄🎄🎄

Colony Suites - Palmer

The suite we stayed in was newly renovated and was everything we could have asked for. We visited for two days and the kitchen was fully stocked with a ton of spices, perfect for our breakfasts and dinners for both days. Communication was timely, accurate and excellent. While we were staying, we were given a heads up that they were still in the process of renovating the outside ares and landscaping, which didn't effect us at all. They even gave us a gift for the inconvenience which was no trouble at all. Can't wait to see what it looks like finished. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property, super comfortable and easy!

We arrived well after midnight, but thanks to the directions and the instructions provided, it was easy to figure out where we were going and how to get in. The suite was extremely comfortable and quiet with easy access to downtown and everything we could need!

Cozy Apartment in downtown Palmer

Very clean, comfortable apartment with nice appliances. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Great communication with hosts. Highly recommend staying here!
