“Well after what was described by a manager, over the phone, as a glitch (apparently how one describes being offered a particular room at a price, accepting it and paying for it and then being shown a different room), the correct accomm or near to it was provided. “We made a late check in and I made my payment through Expedia about 1 hours before arrival. When we arrived to the hotel the man in the reception couldn’t find us in the system. So I needed to pay again even though I showed him my confirmation from Expedia. The room was old and had no charger output by the beds wICH was very inconvenient. We were at the break feast 30 mins before closure and almost everything was finished. No eggs, no juice and no service. Not coming back. ”

“A beautiful hotel with welcoming and kind staff. Our room was stunning, absolutely palatial with a magnificent marble bathroom. The gardens, pool and restaurant were all perfect. I couldn’t fault this place and would love to return.”
