“The room was spacious, clean comfy. I would only request more variety for the coffee bar ( artificial sweetener, more creamer). Love the heated bathroom floor. The location is good very short walk to the downtown mall! ”

“We had a wedding at a local winery and this was the perfect venue for our group. Had a great time. The host was incredibly accommodating and was flexible with check in so we could have time to get ready. Only thing is the ladies wished there was a full length mirror for getting ready. Otherwise no complaints. ”

“Here’s a refined and well-structured version of your review that keeps your original sentiments while enhancing clarity and flow:---The home is absolutely lovely, with plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. The smallest bedroom didn’t have a fan, so it did get a bit warm at times. There is one full bathroom upstairs, which works fine for families but could be something to consider if you're traveling with a larger group. That said, the half bathroom downstairs was a convenient option...

“SPACIOUS AND COZY There were 2 king size beds, 4 sets of bunk beds, and a very comfy extra large couch. LOCATION Beautiful area. Lots of horse and cows within eye sight of the house. Incredible starlight night sky. Check-in went smooth, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the place was clean. Lots of small touches that the host put into providing an amazing experience for us. ”

“We had a great stay. The house is very nice and clean, and in a central location in Charlottesville. The neighborhood is lovely with many restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the host communicated well. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Just as advertised - actually the room is a bit nicer in person - it looks a bit sparse in photos. Very central location. We weren't there to watch TV, but first the TV was lagging, and then we were logged out of the YouTube TV. Emails were answered promptly but it was somewhat inconvenient. Also, the loud room fan runs continuously, separate from the AC/heat. I value quiet and it was somewhat irritating. These two things aren't enough to take a star off overall though. ”
