Affärshotell i Panajachel

“Beautiful property, spectacular room, and amazing views! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The only suggestion we have is to improve the interior entrance area of the property to make it more inviting and attractive, perhaps by adding more plants and flowers and removal of old furniture right at the entrance. A nice bench near the entrance would also be a great addition for guests waiting for transportation. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and had a...

“This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h”

“Lite kasst runt poolen, endast fattiga plaststolar och lite småkallt i vattnet. Ingen bar, ingen kyl, ingen möjlighet att få vatten. Stört fin utsikt och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten riktigt klen. ”

“very friendly staff”

“Exellent service”

“The hotel is in a terrible shape. Our bedroom door was broken, the bathroom door did not close and its veneer was peeling off. Bathroom faucets were loose from the wall and the bathroom shower curtain was halfway down. The hotel does not have drinking water and when asked for it, the staff directed us to buy bottles at grocery store. There was a water cooler at the entrance. Handrails were not securely attached to the wall. The pool was dirty, pieces of small debris in the bottom and the color...

“The staff was great and everything was very clean. The hotel is near many restaurants and markets”
