You will need to bring your own bed sheets and bath towels. Covers, pillows and mattress pads are included. Sheet and towels are available to rent via our website during the booking process. You will need to check the "Add Linen Package" option.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for making tasty family meals, including stainless steel appliances, cookware, a toaster, and a Keurig Kcups coffee maker. Four people can pull up a seat at the dining table to enjoy meals, or relax and eat at the kitchen island (seating for four).

Across the way from the kitchen is the beautiful family room. The whole family will have enough room to spread out on the comfy sofa, loveseat and chair for a movie or just to relax.

BEDROOMS
Here you will find yourselves plenty of space to spread out and get a great night's sleep. All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with stylish furnishings and beach-inspired design.
The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable King sized bed,a makeup application desk, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom also has a queen size bed.

BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms inside the home - one ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom and another full bathroom for the other two bedrooms

Located in gated community of Venture Out Resort. Private beach access with quick golf cart ride over to World's Most Beautiful beach!
Venture Out is full of fun things to do for both the young, and young at heart. With pools, tennis, playgrounds, basketball courts, and so much more available for your enjoyment. St. Andrew State Park has many wooded trails and is within walking distance. Fish off the jetties and you may just find yourself swimming with the dolphins. So come see for yourself!

The golf cart can only also be used within the resort and to cart items to the private beach. Golf carts are not allowed to be used on the streets.
Guests are required to sign a waiver to use the golf cart, and the minimum age to drive it is 16. All passengers must be seated in the golf cart, with passengers not exceeding the number of seats available. The speed limit for all vehicles within the resort is 10 MPH.

Other things to note:
Compact cars are much easier to park next to golf cart or car can be parked in front of home .
The beach pool is open from April 1st -October 30th
The lagoon (bay )pool is open all year round and is heated from January 1st-March 15th.


Overflow parking available near the RV parking and also near the tennis court area.
