“It was a great property. Very quiet area like abnormally quiet at night. Very cozy and pleasant house. We walked to the beach twice in no time. Very nice and relaxing walk to the beach. Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience. ”

“Everything was great except …. the gate guard was rude. He had the personality of a male “Karen”. He upset everyone in my party, except me. I avoided him as I didn’t want to spend any extra nights in Florida.”

“The only negative about can say about the property was that the couch is rock hard and not comfortable to sit on, but other than that, the property was nice and cute, very clean and the host was very quick to respond. ”

“This was our SECOND trip back to the Sea Breeze Beach House. We really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and location (short walks to the beach and St. Andrews State Park and close driving distance to good restaurants and grocery stores). The house is clean, kitchen well stocked, and our pups enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. Highly recommend! ”

“The place had everything we needed. This is the 1st stay where a place had beach towels, a bunch of beach stuff, coffee, seasonings, and more than a sufficient amount of toilet tissue and paper towels. Short walk to the beach.”
