Somerset Cottage bjuder in dig med sitt moderna West Elm-inspirerade tema, färgade betonggolv och upphöjda 10 ft tak i hela. Du kommer att älska den öppna planlösningen! Det finns gott om sittplatser i vardagsrummet, inklusive en soffa, stor stol och osmanska plus ytterligare två stolar. Ett fullt kockskök med rostfria och solida ytor gör att du kan stanna hemma och laga en utsökt måltid, eller bara beundra den medan du njuter av din avhämtningsmåltid från en av de många gourmetrestaurangerna bara en kort promenad bort!  Matbordet har plats för 6.

Precis längs korridoren är det stora sviterummet med en king size-säng och angränsande master-badrum, som inkluderar 2 handfat och en stor stendusch. Det finns en stor garderob och en platt-TV. De andra två rymliga gästrummen har en drottningssäng och platt-TV i båda. Vakna upp i något av dessa sovrum till det uppvärmande solljuset som draper in från dina angränsande dörrar som leder dig ut till den vackra innergården. Ytterligare ett badrum sitter mellan de två sovrummen och den bedårande dubbla våningssängen i huvudgången.

Utanför stugan finns ett avkopplande uteservering med gott om sittplatser och en öppen spis. Njut av den stora uteplatsen med en propangrill. Det är bara en kort promenad till poolerna (totalt 4), strand, gym, tennisbanor, Aveda Spa, restauranger och butiker. Somerset Cottage väntar på din ankomst!

Rosemary Beach fan club!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and Rosemary Beach. Everything was perfect for our needs especially the courtyard as I have a toddler grandson. The house was clean and looked like the online pictures. It was a girls getaway with my daughter and I and my grandson, we did struggle with the door locks and lock box and the master shower didn’t get very hot but other than that we would stay there again. The management was in contact all the time and I appreciated that . Thumbs up from Ohio👍

Great first stay in Rosemary!

Property was well located and we enjoyed walking to dinner each night. Husband loved having access to a lap pool. Online description made house look/sound bigger and outdoor fireplace area was misrepresented. Master bath is tiny and there was no shower door. Otherwise, house was perfect for us and our son..

I had read on the reviews that this property had serious bug problems so I called and asked the property manager and was told "absolutely not!" That was a big lie! The house was full of roaches, water bugs, ants and many other types of bugs. The property manager was very nice and did everything they could to help. But this meant we had workers inside and outside the house a lot. There were roaches on the couch, on the kitchen counter, on the wall by my towel, IN THE MICROWAVE! Hopefully management will stay on this and fix the problem. We have stayed in Rosemary for over 20 years and have never had a house with a severe bug issue like this one!

Great little beach house!

The house was perfectly clean and welcoming! The only downside was the main road behind the property that could be heard of you were sitting outside. But overall a great place for our little family getaway. Would highly recommend this house!! Also, the property manager, Justin, was great to work with and communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure we were well taken care of.

Nice home for October

Probably wouldn't stay here in the summer, but nice fall hangout. The patio could use a pool/water feature/refresh. The master bath shower takes about 15 min for the water to get hot, but other than that it was very good.

Disappointing at best

This is a beautiful condo which is poorly furnished and not well maintained. It appears the furniture and kitchen supplies were haphazardly chosen just to fill the space for renters. It’s a shame because the finishes are pretty- nice high ceilings, beautiful river rock master shower, pretty countertops, etc. We checked in and I notified the property manager of the lack of cleanliness - he offered to send the cleaning crew back but by then we already had our things unpacked and it was raining so we we in the condo more than we would have preferred. The outdoor space is lovely and we wish we could have enjoyed it more. There were no glass wine glasses- nearly everything in the cupboard was plastic, mismatched and didn’t seem very clean. The utensils drawer was full of crumbs. The furniture all seems second hand or was covered in inexpensive covers. Our master bed was terribly uncomfortable. Also the master sinks drained very slowly- adding the feeling everything was dirty. The biggest and most bizarre point— that there were no towel racks in either bathroom?? How can you have a beach house - where towels are used daily- let alone any home without towel racks? The master had a small rusted floor rack where the towels ended up on the floor half the time. Ridiculous. I would absolutely not stay here again - least of all because you can fully hear the traffic on 30A at all hours.

Great house for family getaway!

We stayed here for a pre holiday 'holiday' right before Christmas! The houses welcoming, clean and comfortable. The bikes included with the rental were so convenient. We loved the floorpan, the terrace and the fireplace. Thanks for making our stay so relaxing.

Fantastic beach home

Our family loved Somerset Cottage. We had wonderful experiences in Rosemary Beach and this home despite riding out a partial week of tropical storms. Having owned and rented beach properties in the past, we know there is no such thing as the perfect home. Somerset Cottage is no different and has her own set of quirks. That said, she is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. We loved all the outdoor spaces. The courtyard and the covered porch entrance area with fireplace were fun gathering places. The design of the home was also special. Exterior is beautiful and we really liked the openness of the living area and the way that all three bedrooms had double doors that opened to the courtyard. The amenity of the bikes was so appreciated as they were used constantly. Special thanks to Dylan, the property manager, and the owners for their immediate attention to the small issues that they helped address. All in all, a perfect place for our crew, thanks!

We've been coming to Rosemary for over 8 years and love it here. We were somewhat disappointed in some aspects of the house: 1. The interior was cleaned sufficiently upon arrival but the covered porch area/furniture and the outdoor furniture was very dirty - we spent about an hour cleaning everything to the point we could use the spaces; 2. The doors were very difficult to lock; 3. The kitchen was not well appointed (4 wine openers but no cutting board or serving pieces); 4. There were no hangers in any closet. We alerted the property manager who dropped them off the next day; 5. There were many large red ants in the kitchen area (counter tops, cabinets and in and on the kitchen trashcan). Related problem to property manager and nothing could be done; 6. My daughter and her friend were awoken during the night by large cockroach in their bed. They slept with me the rest of our stay and we did find it in there gross - very gross. I relayed this information to the property manager and he told us that the house had been treated the prior week and that the bugs may have been agitated from the application. Essentially, nothing could be done; 7. The shower in the master bath was very nice and quite large but we could not get the water to be hot - the best we could get was warm (which was kind of a big deal bc we had highs of only in the 50's this week). The small shower in the only other bathroom did get hot and we all (5 women) used it during our stay. I relayed the issue to the property manager and he had a plumber dispatched but nothing could be done. So, our 3 bedroom 2 bath was really a 2 bedroom 1 bath. 8. There was a wonderful outside fireplace but no wood to use. We spent $50 on wood from Publix and it was both heavy and dirty to transport and set up. It would have been very nice for wood to be provided or offered for an extra fee. While all of these issues detracted from our stay, we liked the modern design of the house and enjoyed the outside space. Even though the house was at the far west part of the neighborhood and back to the highway, the noise wasn't really an issue. There was also construction going on next door which was not a big deal (only one morning were we awoken early by the noise). All in all, we enjoyed our week but would not re-rent Sommerset Cottage unless the problems were corrected.
