Conveniently located at the west end of Front Beach Road adjacent to Carillon Beach, this three-story complex is the perfect choice for a breezy and unforgettable vacation! Ramsgate Harbor offers 550 feet of the world's most beautiful beach right off your balcony along with fantastic on-site amenities that include an outdoor pool, a grilling area with picnic tables, outdoor showers, and restroom facilities. You are also within a short distance of Florida's finest restaurants, entertainment, supermarkets, and shopping - there is something for everyone right here! Other great attractions nearby include Silver Sands Premium Outlets for some high-end shopping, Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and more.

This third-floor home away from home provides you with a spacious beachfront balcony off the living room with unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico and a convenient outdoor dining area so you can step your meals up a notch with a gorgeous backdrop. Inside, the first floor is made up of a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts upgraded appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a trash compactor. Put on the chef's apron and treat your friends to delicious homemade meals. Then, let the dishwasher running while you all kick back and relax in the living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable options. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, with the primary bedroom having its own en suite bathroom and a Gulf-front balcony!

There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date.
There are no elevators on site.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family vacation

Beautiful views. Loved listening to the sound of the ocean with the patio doors open. Great place. Only complaint is we would have liked a few more travel accessories already there: Travel soaps in the bedroom showers, A blow dryer, etc. but overall a great place!

Beach is fantastic!

Perfect for go and stay folks. Beach is perfect! Get some groceries and libations and stay put. When we weren't on the beach, I was on the patio enjoying the view and sounds of paradise. Now the negative. Property manager is unreachable unless they are calling you. I had a voice-mail I didnt see until I was back home saying they wanted to charge me for a second parking pass( which was supposed to be included) and that someone complained about noise from our room(which wasn't us). In fact we heard very little noise in the two years we have stayed at this property. And I tried to reach them about a thermostat issue and got AI instead of a human and ended up reprogramming the smart(?) Thermostat due to it setting itself to 80 degrees most of the day when I guess it thought no one was there. Second negative is location if you enjoy nights out. There isn't enough restaurants and shops to accommodate the crowds and what is nearby is very upscale. There's more within 15 miles but due to traffic, its a 30 min drive, or more, each way. That's why I recommend this as a go and stay location. Especially with young kids. They are not built for an hour or more wait times to dine. So, if you're looking for nightlife and activity, go to PCB but if you're okay with fresh steamed shrimp from the grocery store, low crowds, and beyond compare scenery and beachfront location, this is THE place to be! We definitely will book again!

Lovely location and overall positives about this condo

Vacasa itself was not satisfactory before we came down - VERY POOR communications. However, the people at the condo offices were just great. A lock problem when we moved in was QUICKLY solved by Annlee(sp?). Very nice layout and VERY CLEAN. The rugs and carpet were very dirty. The cheap, skimpy curtains on first level were a disappointment, made the area seem cold and were a shocking departure from the excellent quality of sofas, chairs, etc. We appreciated updated applicances. Your view is spectacular and it was very pleasurable hearing the surf so close. Thank you for the experience.

Celebrating Spring

This 3rd floor condo was perfect for my granddaughter, her friend, and me to spend some time together. The location was excellent; on the beach with great views just like we had imagined, located very close to Winn Dixie and CVS, and a very good seafood restaurant is within walking distance. The condo was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and beds had comfortable mattresses and linen. Some things you might want to know before renting (these were not a problem for us); the building does not have elevators but the stairs were not bad, the coffee pot is a Mr. Coffee and does not use Keurig pods, bring detergent for the dishwasher as none was provided. Would have given this a 5 in all areas except the communication between VRBO (rented it through them), Vacasa (the management company) and the beach attendant (chairs included with the condo rental) needs to improve.
