Welcome to Waves of Joy, a private home nestled on the west end of PCB uniquely located 5 blocks from white sand beaches and Lake Powell. Enjoy both the ocean and access to the lake. Bring your boat and or jet ski!

Guest access:The house and yard are yours to enjoy. We have one locked owners closet to keep supplies, otherwise it is available for your enjoyment. The front door is a coded deadbolt. You will be given your unique code on the day of check-in. We have one security camera on the front of the house covering the door and driveway. Must be 25 to rent. Open to exceptions if you contact us. We have super responsible kids under 25:)

Other Details:There are many great options for enjoying the beach. We have a list of those options on the inside pantry door. Our family's preference is to drive 2 miles to Inlet Regional Access where there is free parking and bathrooms. This house is in such a unique location as it is walking distance to the beautiful white beaches and also to Lake Powell which is an 800 acre brackish lake. Bring your boat, jet skis , paddle boards, kayaks and enjoy! Yes, you can park your boat at the house!
**Please note that we provide starter packs for your stay (dish pod, dish soap, laundry pod, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, bar soap) You are responsible for providing anything beyond the starter supply.**
