The property is beautiful. It is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Everyone slept well. The house comfortably accommodates all that it advertises. The communication from the property management is 5 stars. The community is congested. I believe there at 508 homes in the community and each home holds 10 people. All of these people share the tram, pool and beach. They allow a VERY small amount of beach for the community, so the beach is very congested. Unfortunately, because of the congested beach we would not return to this neighborhood. It is called a âprivateâ beach and you have a wristband to access this beach; however, there is not enough beach for the 500 houses. We went at 5am to put our beach chairs down and still got âsecond rowâ on the beach. It made for watching our kids playing in the ocean tricky. We did visit over 4th of July which I now understand to be the most busy time of year. Maybe if we came at a different time of year weâd find less of a crowd. As much as we loved the house and appreciated the quick replyâs of the management we will be looking for a less populated beach.
