Located just steps from one of the community pools, this townhome is ideal for both relaxation and recreation. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy queen guest bedroom with an ensuite bath, plus a spacious king master suite featuring an updated bathroom with a sleek barn door, shaker-style vanity with granite countertop, and a luxurious walk-in tile shower with a glass door. The laundry area is also conveniently located upstairs. Downstairs, the open concept living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step outside to enjoy the upgraded front and back patio spaces, beautifully finished with pavers—perfect for grilling, entertaining, or simply relaxing. Cruise the resort in style with your golf cart!

This unit also comes with a golf cart at no charge, just a refundable security deposit and a signed liability agreement. If guests would like to use it, they will need to call to receive, sign, and pay the deposit. At that time, they’ll be given the code to the lockbox where the keys are located. * Please note that the golf cart is not permitted outside the community and is not street legal beyond the community.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.
