Most unstocked VRBO ever

Condo was nice and clean but the most unstocked VRBO I've ever stayed at. Didn't even have hand soap, i was surprised to see salt and peoper.. refrigerator broke

Family of 7

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Theres is much to do. Access to both towers and pools. Beach just steps away, however no ramp for wheelchair access. Some mold in master shower, but over all clean. Plenty of kitchen needs. We loved front room bed, want to know what matress topper is used?

Awful

We arrived to the condo & it was filthy. Molded showers. Food crumbs everywhere. Stains on sheets and blankets. Floor wasn’t mopped. Counters were wiped down. The shower head had black mold all around it. Poop stains in toilets. The kitchen sink was stopped up along with one of the other bathroom toilets. The dirtiest condo I’ve ever stayed in.

Not as expected

The property was not as clean as expected. Water was freezing! We were not able to enjoy any pool or splash pad. Beach was great and ocean was perfect. Our unit had the most run down living room furniture. Too uncomfortable to sit on to watch a movie. Balcony floor was extremely dirty and in desperate need of pressure washing. Kitchen was poorly accessorized with cookware and small appliances.

Fun Place

This was a really fun place for my family. There was 23 of my family there including all 10 of my grandkids. The elevators were a problem most of the time. But we had a couple of issues with our condo but they were addressed very quickly. The only suggestion I would have is to have some beach accessories. Some my other family members had chairs included and also had additional beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels to use. We had none of the above. All in all it was a great place.

Fun!

We went for spring break my kids had a wonderful time swimming, and jumping in the waves. My only complaint was that I found a piece of poop in the lazy river. I found the only person I could which was a security guard. He didn’t act that concerned and went over to scoop it out. That was gross but it happens we just avoided the lazy river after that.

Everything was wonderful. Great deck furniture. Beautiful view. The only small issue was that the floors were already sandy when we arrived. There was a broom but no dust pan. Other than that it was great.

Ideal family vacation location and unit

Nicely decorated, everything you could need was there for you. Resort was perfect with both the gulf and Splash Water park. Markets, gas, restaurants were abundant and close. Visited pier park one evening but we’re perfectly content staying at the resort and in the unit. We will surely come back.

The condo was great ! The property itself was tough with little kids . The wait for the elevator was 40 mins to get to the room . And the access to the beach wasn’t great especially with little kids .

Perfect Kid zone

We absolutely love this condo. The kids loved all the options available. The coffee shop was very convenient, but very pricey. The tiki bar was wonderful and a big hit for us adults. The beach was wonderful. Even with the big crowd it felt relaxing to us all. The condo itself was perfect for our 4 adults and small kids. However there a few concerns. The elevators, the wait time to catch a ride was puzzling. The out door patio furniture was questionable considering the bar stool high chairs and it being on the 9th floor was very concerning for security purposes (especially when having little kids). Also our sink stopper was literally stuck when we arrived. We were unable to use the sink in the hall bathroom due to the stopper being lodged shut. I wouldn't consider these to be complaints, over all we had a wonderful first time experience and will return. Just thought you should know and consider the few concerns we had.

Loved it

Went great loved the condo and the resort. Had an issue with sinks backing up and it was quickly fixed once emergency number was notified on Sunday morning. Would certainly stay here again.

Perfect view!

We really enjoyed our stay at Splash! We spent most of our time at the beach. The condo had a great layout for our family. Easy access to the beach, which was very convenient for us.

Excellent stay

I could tell it had been newly renovated, the life proof floors were very nice looking. The condo was roomie and comfortable for the most part. I loved the balcony with the ocean view. We saw dolphins every day as they swam along the coast. The beach front was lovely. Wonderful sand and seashells. We went right before the main beach season and right after spring breaks and it was perfect, not too crowded. The four different pools were lovely and my older kids’ favorite but we could hop back and forth to the pool from the beach because it was so close. We bought seafood at a local fish market only a mile away and had seafood every night. We went to a movie while we were there which wasn’t far away at all but we didn’t really need to leave the resort because we had such a good time there. I highly recommend it, the only reason I gave it a 4 is because they said that linens were provided but there weren’t enough linens for the pull out couch and my son (8) who sleeps on almost anything said the pull out was not comfortable at all. I think that it is barely comfortable with eight because of the linen situation. If there had been a few more towels and pillow and blankets it would’ve been fine. Also my parents said there was a pile of sand in their room behind the door when they got there and I wore flip flops around the condo for that reason. The floors felt very Sandy. It looked and smelt very clean, and I can imagine sand is very hard to get up, so it wasn’t a huge set back. Overall it was a wonderful trip and we’d for sure go back, we’d just take more blankets and pillows.

Overall a great place

We had a minor mishap at check in... but aside from that, our stay was pleasant, our kids loved it and the room and view was excellent. Only dislike was the wait for the elevators, but with a packed resort and 21 floors, you’ll have that. :)
