We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. The house is very cute and comfortable. It takes two seconds to walk across the street to the beach access and even less time to hop in the pool in the back. Highly recommend!

The place was a little on the small side but I would take that any day over a high rise condo with elevator waits. The area is nice, we really enjoyed the pool. We only had minor issues as in the smoke detector battery beeping dead that they would not have known about. The place was very clean. With the amount of time we spent there we were able to visit with Richard a few times and we really enjoyed that. Richard and Joyce were very quick to respond to all questions and concerns that arose during our stay. I will full warn you that if you are hot natured, upstairs is very warm so thankfully I was prepared with an extra fan I took.

Every year I visit Panama City Beach because it is my favorite beach. I have stayed at different properties but none like this one. Without a doubt the best of all, it is a perfect place for families and friends. The managers are very friendly and you can call at any time. They will always answer your calls for any questions or concerns. I will definitely return again. Thank you very much.

The place was exactly as the pictures show. Great location and very quiet. We had a couple of minor issues and the communication and response was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Nice, very clean and comfortable place. Super close to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you might need, being pet friendly and to have a pool in the backyard is a nice bonus! We had a wonderful and relaxing time! Definitely would stay there again and recommend it to a friend! wonderful

Perfect beach stay

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house is on the quiet part of the beach. It’s a short walk to the sand. Honestly, you would have to walk farther if you stayed in one of those high rises. We were able to bring our small dog, which made our trip so much better. If you do happen to bring your pup, be aware that the grass has cockleburs everywhere that get stuck on their feet. Overall, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the house. We’ve stayed at lots of places in PCB and this is now our favorite, hands down.

This property is very clean and well kept with comfortable accommodations. Good working AC that kept the house. Very cool! Even during the heat wave and updated appliances and furnishings, the owner is very friendly. Easy to get a hold of. Definitely would suggest to bring your family and use this beach house. Beach access is right across the street

Best Trip Ever

We come to Panama City Beach every year, this was the best neighborhood. Hosts were kind and helpful. House was great. Beach area was the quietest! It wasn’t overcrowded, away from the condos. Highly recommend.

Great Location!!!!

We really enjoyed staying at Mahi Mahi... the location is great directly across rd from beach access 30... it's a short walk to Pinapple Willys and to the Warf Buffet . The Pool was an absolute plus to this beach home. I would recommend this home for couples or for families with small children. The neighborhood is upscale and we felt very comfortable and safe walking or Lucy around the block.... I would have given this a five but the description needs to be updated. It does not have a king bed and there is no gulf view from balcony now as the palms have grown to tall. Other than that, the Host was excellent to communicate with check in was easy and they seen to all our needs immediately upon request.. Thank You!
