Your spirits will soar as you enter Three Dolphins!
We are directly on the beautiful Gulf of America! Amazing, totally renovated townhouse with incredible views, and only a few steps to the beautiful white-sand beach!
The owners' attention to detail and top-quality upgrades make this the perfect vacation destination!

Our cleaning team is absolutely the best! You will be very pleased with the cleanliness of Three Dolphins!

We are located on the quieter end of Panama City Beach, away from the high rises and huge crowds. There are several great places to eat within a short walking distance. Winn Dixie, a liquor store, CVS, and a neighborhood pub are across the street. Pier Park is only a mile away, with over 120 places to shop, a huge selection of places to eat, and nightlife!

If you want to stay inside for a while, there is a 65" TV and DVD player in the living room, with YouTube TV and a selection of movies, books, and board games...So, a rainy day or watching sports events or a good movie can be fun and relaxing.

The spacious kitchen has granite counters, top-of- the-line appliances and a breakfast bar. There is a laundry closet with a full-size washer/dryer and a large pantry off the kitchen. You can enjoy the amazing views while preparing your meals!

The open design offers comfortable seating for everyone.
There is also a half bath on the main level.

You'll love the covered balcony (with invisible railing) off the living area and the large open deck overlooking the gulf...the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, and your choice of beverages. There are two comfortable lounge chairs, beach chairs and an umbrella on the lower deck.
If you have small kiddos or a dog, you won't have to worry about them taking a tumble or escaping, as we have installed a gate on the upper balcony, and one on the lower deck.
The master bedroom is upstairs, and has spectacular miles-long views and incredible sunsets! The comfortable King bed and 65" TV and DVD player make this a very relaxing retreat. There are four comfy chairs to relax while enjoying your morning coffee or glass of wine...
The master bath has a large shower with a seat and beautiful tile design. The vanity mirror has touch-controlled brightness levels.

The second bedroom has two Queen beds and a 50" TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, beautiful tile and touch-controlled mirror lighting.

The townhouse has been completely gutted and rebuilt...Everything is brand new and top-quality! The owners have spared no expense or attention to detail, and have created a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Your four-legged family member is welcome to join you. We allow dogs up to 25 pounds, as long as they are well-behaved and well-groomed.

It's our goal to provide all the comforts of home, and for you to enjoy a wonderful, stress-free vacation experience!

Host was awesome, and the unit was clean and well kept. Only thing that was a drawback was the loud music until 2am across the street - only really an issue for the front bedroom, but we knew about the saloon ahead of time, and keeping the windows open to hear the waves at night drowned out the music. I would definitely come again. One important note - Panama City Beach is NOT dog friendly. The beach code enforcement goes up and down the beach looking for people to hassle. Laguna Beach and Santa Rosa Beach don't have these problems. This unit was perfect though - my pup would just hang out on the porch and watch the beach and water. Amazing Sunsets! All the other units are vacation rentals so everyone there very nice. Close to the Pier and shops.

Mary was very accommodating and the property was clean and updated. The view from the from the entryway as you walk in is amazing. And the location in PCB is very central. Easy access to grocery store and the highway to Destin. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Mary was so kind and gracious and this townhome was even better in person. It is in the perfect location and the views are amazing. My favorite part was the glass balcony due to having no obstruction to the ocean. That made such a difference and spoiled us. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is hard to come by on vacation. We have found our future “home away from home” and we will never stay at another beach getaway again!

We had a wonderful week and the unit was great! The location is perfect. It’s not too far away from restaurants/entertainment but far enough that it doesn’t feel crowded. The Whiskey Saloon is a cross the street and 2 nights we could hear the music until 2am. The kids (ages 7 & 9) had a sound machine so it wasn’t a problem. Loved the deck! It was perfect for watching the sunsets. We would definitely stay again.

Access to the Beach Couldn't Have Been Better! This place delivers when it comes to convenience / access to the beach. I worked the mornings we stayed here and I would walk down to the beach for a few minutes between meetings- its Right There!!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. And we loved that we could park right at the front door- so easy for loading and unloading. The furniture and kitchen supplies were higher quality than most rentals. And they did a very nice job on the remodel. Overall, this place was exactly as it was advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

We booked this house for our first ever girls trip and it was perfect!!! Location is great, I loved being able to walk off the deck and be right on the beach! The house itself was just beautiful and spacious! The view from the deck was amazing! Mary was very quick to respond when I messaged her and was just super sweet. Fantastic beach townhouse!

Arizona family beach retreat

From our youngest at 7 to our oldest in their upper 50s, every single one of us absolutely loved this beach house! The view is unbeatable, and the location couldn’t be more perfect — direct access from the deck to the sand and ocean, and just steps away from Front Beach Road with tons of amazing restaurants nearby. (Shoutout to Sandbar — the oysters were so good we went twice! Not a paid promotion, just the truth.)The house itself is incredibly well-equipped. The in-home laundry, spacious kitchen, and large entertaining areas both inside and on the patio made our stay so comfortable. The extra half bath downstairs was ideal for extended family and kept the main bathrooms private. The master suite with its separate bath and jaw-dropping ocean view truly felt like a diamond-level retreat. The additional bedroom with two queen beds and its own bathroom was perfect for our “extra tag-alongs.”Mary went above and beyond to accommodate us — so helpful, kind, and quick to respond.We honestly can’t say enough about this place. We almost don’t want to share the secret of PCB… but we’re already planning our next visit!

Awesome!!

Just book it!! If you are considering this property, go ahead and book it. You will not be disappointed. I have rented 30 VRBO properties around the US and this one is the cleanest, most well appointed, best communication, and all around updated. It feels like it was just renovated last week. And, of course, the location is outstanding. The property was very spacious for our family of 5. Every amenity felt like quality. I can say enough about this property. We will definitely be back. Amazing girls getaway!

We had THE best time at Three Dolphins! Right on the water! The VIEW! The sound of the waves. We could not have asked for more! Highly recommend!!! 20/10! It was beautiful, super clean, had comfortable beds with soft sheets and towels and it was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed (and all high end, good quality). We loved every minute!
