The home is in Laguna Beach, FL which is a perfect little 1-mile nook of WIDE OPEN BEACHFRONT waiting just for you! Laguna Beach is perfectly situated on the west end of Panama City Beach, FL. With that and the locally owned "Carousel" grocery right across the street, Back Beach BBQ and famous Thomas Donuts and Ice Cream within walking distance, what more could you want? You can literally come to the house, park your car, or Uber from the airport, and not get in a car again until departure day if you so choose! You can plant yourself on the beach sun up to sun down with the house and the grocery right there for anything you need. Wanna shop or go to restaurants? 4 miles east you will find "Pier Park" and 6 miles west of you the shops at Inlet Beach at 30A. The world is your oyster!
Sleeping situation: There are (3) traditional bedrooms to sleep a maximum of (6) guest all upstairs. Featuring our 'sleep like a Rockstar' beds, we provide amazing Italian-made Frette bed linens and white noise makers from the National Sleep Foundation. We also have a dehumidifier that works in conjuntion with our brand new HVAC system, ensuring the most comfortable night of sleep your could ever have in a coastal home. As for bathrooms, the historic curator of the property wanted to keep the original floorplan in tact so as to preserve these magnifient tongue and groove shiplap walls. We're not talkin the dime a dozen Joanna Gaines style shiplap, but instead the real deal Holyfield nautical poplar and cypress shiplap of days gone by. With that, there is one original bathroom on the main level and one full bath on the upstairs level. Each features a large walk-in shower with frameless glass doors and Delta handheld showers for your convenience and enjoyment.

With the gathering spaces inside and out, you will have lots of opportunities for quality time spent together. Our property has been professional designed and decorated, with the perfect marriage of vintage features blended with modern comforts.
Guests will have access to all the main living areas of the home including the family room, kitchen, and those infamous historic porches. The kitchen has everything you need for a convenient stay, to include a dual keurig/carafe coffee maker and blender. You will want for nothing during your stay! We keep basic household items fully stocked for your convenience. Anything missing you will find immediately next door at the locally owned beachfront Carousel Supermarket. We provide a smart lock code for your use in accessing the property so it makes it easy for all in the group to come and go as you like! We also feature dusk to dawn exterior lighting so that you don't have to worry your pretty little head and will always have a well lit entry upon return back to the property at night.
