Beach Treasure - Seacrest Beach -Best Value On 30A

Detta orörda, två sovrum, två våningar stadsbostad är i felfritt skick med attraktiva inredning, klinkergolv och fräsch färg. Det är bara ett stenkast från den vackra bukten stränder med privat tillgång till stranden. Du hittar den mest prisvärda på natursköna Highway 30A. Njut av närheten till Seaside och Alys Beach utan det höga priset. Lugnt beläget mellan Rosemary Beach och Seagrove / Seaside. Beach Treasure är bara tio minuter från Panama City Beach och 20 minuter från Destin.

Koppla av på vår vackra vita stranden under dagen eller njut av nattliv och shopping som erbjuds av Panama City Beach på kvällen. Bekvämt beläget till livsmedelsbutiker (tre miles), och fantastiska restauranger längs Highway 30A. Utnyttja gå runt Seaside charmiga butiker, eller ta en cykel och cykla / gå längs 17 miles av cykelvägar från Rosemary Beach till Santa Rosa Beach. Golfare kan njuta av året runt golf på närliggande Camp Creek Golf Club (3 minuter bort), och barn kan njuta av de många vatten / temaparker på närliggande Panama City eller Destin.

Vår 1300 kvadratmeter radhus är en två våningar med att sova på nedervåningen, vardagsrum och äta på övervåningen med smakfull strand tema inredning. Båda sovrummen har eget badrum. Befälhavaren har kabel-platt-TV, dubbelsäng, och solrummet. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar och TV / DVD-kombination. Det finns också en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare på samma våning.

En trappa upp finns ett härligt ljust vardagsrum, matsal och kök. I vardagsrummet finns en queen size-futon, 27-tums TV, DVD och video. Ett däck från vardagsrummet ser ut mot viken. Vackra kök är fullt utrustad med allt du kan tänkas behöva och har ett däck går ut på framsidan av huset för att titta på solnedgången. En halv bad ligger på den nivån också.

Allt du behöver ta med är din baddräkt, är strandhanddukar. Vi har så mycket mer att erbjuda, men bara 6000 ord för att beskriva. Så, vad väntar du på? Ta en paus från den stressiga livet. Beach Treasure

We had such an amazing time! The house was clean and perfect! Very short walk to the private beach access. It was never crowded at the beach because of it being private. I highly recommend staying here. Very close to all of the amazing spots on 30A such as Raw and Juicy, Fonville Press, and all the shops! Every morning we walked to coffee and enjoyed the sunrise on the beach. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great location

Quick getaway with family

Found this property for the birthday week of my daughter. Really good townhome and centrally located from amenities. The big chill is a stroll away west and Rosemary and Ally beach to the east. Quiet and enjoyable place. Private beach access included was great!

Nice family getaway

We really liked the location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the nearby areas with its own beach access that was never too busy either. The place was nice and clean and cozy for us as we spent one full day here when it was pouring rain. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s nearly impossible to get an Uber here unless to/from the airport if you plan on not renting a car, we ended up renting bikes and biking everywhere which was fun. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast which had everything we needed and ate out for the rest of the day. This is a very nice place and convenient and easy walk to the beach just be mindful of cars especially with small children as they dont always stop for you and some drive very fast when crossing the street. I again loved the location as it was very close to Aly’s beach and Rosemary with cute cafes and restaurants to check out.

Perfect for a family trip

Beach Treasure was a great place to stay for our family of 4. All the features were exactly as described and worked flawlessly (appliances, A/C, laundry, bathrooms, etc.) We enjoyed lots of bike rides up and down 30A, and appreciated the easy access to get in/out to the nearby Publix when needed. For parents of young kids, the beach access was super easy and convenient, even for our 2 and 4 year old kids. and we even found a baby gate in a closet which made the place feel perfectly safe. All the railings for both decks and the upstairs stairwell were vertical and closely spaced, so we didn't have to worry about our little climber going over or through anything- these little details count- IYKYK! And for any runners & bikers out there, there was also convenient access to Point Washington State Forest and the Panama City Beach Conservation Park without having to ride/run on any busy roads. Thanks Vicky for the easy and detailed communication throughout!

Cute Townhouse close to ocean

Very cute townhouse located directly across from ocean access. Due to the dunes, there are many stair steps to the beach, which could be difficult for older individuals. The town house was well equipped with everything, including cleaning supplies. I do recommend adding some kitchen towels for drying dishes. We did have an issue with the air conditioner the second evening making for an uncomfortable sleep, but the property manger had someone at the property the next morning and it was fixed. She followed up to make sure it was working. The location is not from from Seaside, but depending on traffic it could take us 30 minutes. There really isn’t a lot close to this location to bike to- biking to Seaside would be too long. The best restaurant we found was Fish out of water- highly recommend .

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The private beach access was super close and convenient for our family. Easy to run back to for potty breaks. Lots of towels provided and beach chairs and an umbrella -- everything we needed. We would definitely rent again!
