Vackert hem på framsidan av Seacrest-3 cyklar - Lagoon Pool - `Catch of the Day`

Dagens fångst är ett enkelt, vackert strandformat hus med 3BR + Loft och 3 badrum.  Den lyxiga stugaliknande kammaren är professionellt inrett och ligger bara en tre minuters promenad till stranden och en minuts promenad till poolerna. Utsidan av detta hus ger dig verkligen den inre nöjden att vara på stranden men ändå känna sig hemma. Det är inte för stort men inte för liten, med omgivande träd och landskapsarkitektur som bara drar dig in och välkomnar dig med värme. Det finns också en helt ny gasgrill för gästanvändning!



Vardagsrummet och matplatsen sammanflätar perfekt och ger en mycket öppen och bekväm känsla.  Köket är rymligt och komplett med väl underhållna stålapparater. Det finns ett drottning sovrum på första våningen, med ett intilliggande badrum. Det extravagantly lyxiga sovrummet och masterbadet ligger på andra våningen. Det tredje sovrummet med en king size-säng och angränsande badrum ligger också på andra våningen.  Den tredje våningen har ett loft lämplig för barn men kan rymma alla åldrar.  Det finns 2 enkelsängar med dubbla trundlar på tredje våningen.  



Beläget i Seacrest, kan du som gäst njuta av den 12 000 kvadratfot stora lagunen poolen, den största längs 30A. Spårvagnen (avsedd för ägare och gäster) kan också bära dig till stranden tillgång när du är redo att njuta av den rena vita sand i Mexikanska golfen.



Känner du inte att laga mat? Det finns flera restauranger inom gångavstånd, inklusive de nybyggda öppna stugorna med affärer, och restaurangerna är omgivna av Towne Centers gräsdäcksområde. Varje färgstarka gabled-enhet är lätt identifierad och inbjudande för både vanliga kunder och nykomlingar. Från solglasögon till souvenirer, hoppa in i en av dessa kiosker för att hitta rätt sak.

We had a great 4 day stay - 4 adults and a 3 year old. Everything was wonderful, close to the Pavilion area for shops and restaurants, then 10~ homes away from the pool. Could walk to the beach or take the free tram by calling to schedule a pickup. Use of the private breach required us to rent chairs and an umbrella which were pricey, and the beach area was packed. Nevertheless we enjoyed it.

Perfect Space for our two week trip

Granted it was just my husband and I that stayed in this 4 bedroom space, but we do have a larger family and though that the space would be great for them too! The place is true to its images and descriptions. We slept in the master suite and the space was large and comfortable. Beds were soooo comfortable. All beds had the same nice mattresses. We enjoyed the decks off the bedroom and loft. The poor chairs could use a repainting as the paint chipped off all over when we sat on them. The washing machine and dryer were large and seemed new. We used them a few times and they were great. The TVs were nice, we could log in to our Netflix, Hulu accounts easily. The location was a 7 minute walk to the beach (we timed it). And less than 5 to the pool. The pool was closed for repairs the full 2 weeks we were there so that was disappointing. At least the weather didn’t depend on it as temps were cooler. Everything is within walking or biking distance so we didn’t need a car the entire time we were there. The pantry was spacious. Many, many shelves. Overall good experience!

Directly behind Peddlers Pavilion and parking lot

We had a great time, but I think it’s only proper to know what you’re getting. This is an older home (well, older for this neighborhood) that is well kept! The location is across the street from a parking lot with surrounding streets being busier than average. On more than one evening, I heard music and conversations coming from this parking lot after the 10pm designated quiet time. Nothing crazy, just what you’d expect from a parking lot. However, being so close to Peddlers Pavilion meant we could walk down to grab food, snacks or shopping easily! The hike to the nearest tram station was a bit of a haul, but we made due. The bikes were in need of some attention. We ended up renting bikes. As for inside the house, there was tons of towels/wash rags. We never ran out. The kitchen utensils were a little lacking, but we got by. Overall, we felt that the price for what we got was on par.

Excellent location near rosemary and front of seacrest. Lots of space in house

The house was great with a lot of space. Only complaint would be it was super noisy in the mornings with construction or something. Also - this isn't a complaint about the property, but the seacrest community overall. It's a pain getting to the beach with all the rules with the access and no rolling wagons or coolers or bikes. The security guards are super strict and rude. Plus, the private beach access is super crowded when there is a ton of beach on both sides that is not permitted for use. If I was a homeowner in seacrest , I would be trying to find a better solution for beach access.

Great spot, shortest walk to everything

Everything was great. Extremely short walk to all of the shops, eating, and pools. House is exactly as listed. Clean and no weird smells (which is usually an issue with beach houses). Bikes are available but are aging in the elements. Although not technically Rose Mary beach, you wouldn't be able to tell. Could walk to RoseMary shops and eats.

It had everything we needed. There was a rowdy bunch that stayed before us so the coffee table and an ottoman were broken and some wall hanging Inge were missing but the new owners will hopefully fix it. Location was excellent.

Needed cleaning

The property was dirty and had broken furniture. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning food off kitchen walls cleaning every hand rail in the house that were covered in dirt and sweeping every floor that had sand on it. Furniture was broke and very worn down.

Great property, great vacation!

My family and I stayed at the house for a week for a family vacation. The location was perfect! The pool was amazing and it was also very easy to get to the beach, especially with the transit system. The place was clean and tidy and had several items you need to feel like you're at home. I would recommend to any others looking to stay here!

Clean and Comfortable, but Loud

The house was very clean and had a large master suite which was nice. However, it is located across from a parking lot behind Peddler’s Pavilion area. This created an echo effect. The walls are also very thin. We could hear an entire conversation of someone speaking at normal levels outside from our bedroom and any other room. The worst part was we were next to a house full of spring Break guys. From 11am-1am most nights it was constant yelling/smoking, etc. We called security and it resolved a tiny bit. Security said 3 other people had called about them too. This was unfortunate as my husband works 80 hr weeks and has MS so he needed lots of rest and the very thin walls prevented that. Overall, clean and comfortable when we could not hear people outside. Property managers were a delight to work with as well. We would rent from 30A Vacay again, just unfortunately not this house due to the issue above.

Great spot!

Clean, comfortable, and lots of room for our family of 4 + grandma to spread out. A short walk to the beach, pool, and shops/restaurants in Rosemary. We enjoyed having the bikes available to use, the gas grill, sand toys for the kids, etc. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.
