Just Listed new beach house in the Ivy Community in the heart of Inlet Beach. Timeless masterpiece of elegance and coastal luxury with a modern flair and ideally located less than 10 walking minutes to the sand! House is a 2,380 sq. ft. 4 bedroom (including double master suites with barn doors) bunk bed room, 4.5 bathrooms and 2 car garage. Three (3) King beds. Brand New community pool with private bathrooms!

Experience close proximity to some of the best shopping/dining experiences Rosemary Beach and 30A have to offer!

House Features:

Private fenced in yard with Weber Grill and outdoor dining table and seating areas and evening solar lights! A mile to downtown Rosemary, shopping and incredible dining options! Walking distance to the Donut Hole, Shades Bar & Grill, Shaka Sushi and Noodle House, Destin Seafood Ice Market 30A, Goatfeathers and visit a plethora of dining options at 30Avenue shopping center.

Great open kitchen that has everything you need to cook great meals. Brand new Pots, pans, bowls, dining ware, glassware, baking trays, pasta strainer, utensils are all available for you!

Wall-mounted Smart TV's in living room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and upstairs sitting/gathering area. Two (2) private balconies with table and chairs to relax.

Double Master Suites (one on 2nd and 3rd floor) with en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity and closet. There are two (2) additional bedrooms with King size beds and walk-in closets on the 2nd and 3rd floors with individual bathrooms (with tub) just outside the bedroom door entrances.

This is the perfect house for multiple families with a split floor plan on each floor for added privacy and relaxation.

2nd floor features a full size and twin bunk beds with Smart TV and attached balcony.

3rd floor features a comfy seating area with pull-out sleeper sofa bed, stacked washer/dryer and private balcony with table and chairs.

Each bed features 600 thread count sheets and great mattresses. House can comfortably accommodate 14 guests with 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, bunk bed room and 2 sofa pull-out sleepers.

There are ironing boards and steamers for clothes and complimentary laundry and dishwasher detergent.

There is an outdoor shower with privacy wall/plants.

Inside the garage you’ll find ten (10) beach foldable chairs (w/ drink holder), beach towels, a large umbrella and a utility cart to help you transport your personal belongings to the beach.

Complimentary beach bags and coolers are also provide.

Finally, there are cameras in the front and back of the house for your safety and peace of mind.

Beach Access:

The house is located in the Ivy community next to S. Orange Street.

To get to the beach, exiting the Ivy community just make a right on Orange Street and it will dead end at Inlet Beach Access Point and W. Park Place Ave.. This entrance is the largest public accessible beach in Walton County where there are changing rooms, bathrooms and public outdoor showers. It is either a 2 minute car drive or 8-10 minute walk.

Laid Back Luxury

If you’re looking for a place just outside of all the traffic, hustle and bustle of Rosemary and Seacrest, this is the place. It was roomy enough for our family of 8 to all have our own spaces. The hosts were excellent communicators and Inlet Beach is within walking distance to the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved the location! It is close to the beautiful beach. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Kitchen is well stocked. The property manager is accommodating and quick to respond. I heartily suggest this property to any family searching for convenient and cozy stay.

Spring Break 2025

Thank you for sharing your brand new, clean home with us! Great location, you can walk to the pool or a very quick drive to the public beaches where there was parking available. Peter & Cherry gave clear check in and out instructions and were a quick text away if we had any questions. I appreciated the five bedrooms the home offered, as well as the high number of plates and silverware.

Thanksgiving vacation

My family and I decided to take our mother out of town for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful. The only downfall was we expected seven bedrooms; however, there were five bedrooms with two pull-out couches. It worked out because two of the individuals were missing from our party, so we did not have to have the extra rooms. We could adjust with extra beds instead.

Great place for large family vacation.

The house is amazingly decorated and couldn't be in a more perfect location. Very close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Comfortably beds, eat in kitchen ( we cooked breakfast everyday) TVs in every room, enough beach towels and beach toys for a small army. The host was in contact with us everyday and check in couldn't be any easier. Will definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

Our blended family of 13 stayed for 5 nights and the accommodations were amazing! Our hosts were very responsive to our questions, even those that weren’t even directly related to the property! They were helpful with area beach and food options. There was ample parking for our 3 small SUVs and one van. Everyone had a place to sleep. The back yard patio provided plenty of room for games and down time. The kitchen was well stocked. There were 7 beach chairs available to use as well as an umbrella. The community pool was very nice with nice restrooms and changing areas. We were able to swim while waiting for our home to be cleaned since we arrived early. The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk and it is across a main highway. There is a provided pedestrian walkway. Hopefully a stop light will be added to that area soon since the oncoming traffic did not abide by pedestrian rules very well (it was one of the busiest weeks of the season). This was obviously no fault of the home owners. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a very nice, new home for a large family. Our granddaughters enjoyed the bunk beds!

Exceptional !!!

Everything about this house was better than expected. The instructions and communication from the owners Peter & Cherry was excellent. Everything we could possibly require was provided. We felt welcomed. There was more than enough sleeping accommodations for our family of 11 people. The property was extremely clean and well stocked with necessities. The location was also excellent across the highway to the beach access. Convenient shopping needs were close by the property. We have already recommended this rental to other family members.

The perfect house for a group

First, I just want to say how amazing the hosts of this property are - they truly go above and beyond to make you comfortable and share information about the area. The house is beautiful and has so much space. The location is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. It even is a doable walk into Rosemary Beach downtown. Everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation is at your fingertips. The cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs were also an added benefit for us as we flew in and wouldn't be able to pack those kinds of things. Could not recommend this house more, we will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay, Peter!
