Blue Nine 2 - Gulf Front Townhome - Seacrest Beach

  • Beläget i det lugna familjevänliga samhället Seacrest Beach nära den berömda Rosemary Beach, Florida och bara 6 miles från Seaside. Blue 9 är ett litet komplex med bara nio stadshus som ligger direkt vid Mexikanska golfen.

    Detta är en Gulf Front 3 sovrum, 3 badrum radhus. På andra våningen ligger Gulf Front master king sovrum med privat balkong för att njuta av panoramautsikten över den vackra Mexikanska viken med en 42 '' smart TV och kabel och dessutom ett 2: a våningen gäst kung sovrum med privat badrum.

    Sovrummet på första våningen med två enkelsängar över hela futon-kojer, detta rum har en 40''Smart-TV för att hyra filmer via Netflix (ingen kabel). Du kan gå direkt från bakdörren till detta radhus till stranden. Detta radhus har en täckt uteplats för din njutning, med en extra träterrass som går längden på fastigheten.

    Detta bostadsområde erbjuder familjer en speciell semesterresa, men det är nära till fantastiska shopping och restauranger. Cykelvägen går precis framför fastigheten. Blue Nine är ett rökfritt komplex utan rökning i eller runt byggnaden, uteplats, bänkar och trappor till stranden.

The family room furniture is old/dirty. It needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. The unit had musty/moldy odor.

Kitchen was stocked with all tools needed even large pan for shrimp boil. Downstairs room got a little warm at night but there were box fans in the closet we used. The out door furniture was rusted with 1 chair broken but the indoor was updated and had everything we needed.

We have enjoyed coming down to Seacrest and love the location of Blue 9! We hope to return next year. One suggestion I didn't mention earlier in my check out, you might have printed and laminated instructions for the technologically challenged renters on exactly how to use the living room television. Then patio furniture is old and rusting out, unfortunately during our stay 2 of the chairs broke as one of the ladies was sitting in it (not a large lady, and just sitting at the table enjoying a cocktail waiting for the sunset).
