The carriage house is accessible by exterior stairs or by the veranda attached to the second-floor bedroom. The French door entry is flanked by a seating area with two boho-style chairs and a teak high table with bar stools, which leads to the living room. The living room has a futon, a basketweave chair, a smart tv and a desk area with a charging port and nearby outlets. The room can be completely closed off for a private work space with a view of the veranda. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, microwave, and drip coffee pot. The bedroom has a queen-sized white sleigh bed. There is an armoire with a clothing rack and a built-in dresser below, a smart tv and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Please note that there is no washer and dryer at the carriage house.

Need more space? The Fleur de Sea main house can also be booked together with the private carriage house, creating an expanded retreat ideal for extended families or groups. Please contact us for details and availability.

Low Monthly Winter Rates Snowbird Season runs from January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Area Attractions:
Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey.  Its  incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center with coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
